I've heard of sweat lodges but have never actually seen an authentic one. Here in the northern EU sauna culture is a huge part of health and wellness, but they generally only advise you stay in for 15 minutes or less. The sweat lodgde looks intensely inviting, but I'd be nervous about becoming dehydrated after an extended time inside. I'm kinda tempted to try it though..but first I would have to make it through a Mexican vacation without getting sick...never really had any luck with that...
