  • @pickersplayspop

I agree. Kelley is much hotter. In this video at least.

  • I always had a "thing" for Kim Deal-I love a woman who can match me shot for shot, plays guitar, and could beat my ass if she wanted to.

  • tanya donelly is really really hot in this video

  • Watching the intro bit, it struck me for the first time that Kim and Kelley look a bit like Shania Twain! That's meant to flatter Shania, of course.

  • 90's: Radiohead. Nirvana. Alice In Chains. Metallica. R.E.M. Red Hot Chili Peppers. Green Day. Pearl Jam. U2. Soundgarden. Beastie Boys. Nine Inch Nails. Pixies. Rage Against The Machine. Guns N' Roses. Sonic Youth. Dave Matthews Band. Stone Temple Pilots. Sublime. Oasis. Jane's Addiction. Foo Fighters. Bush. Bush. The Black Crowes. Korn. R.E.M. Public Enemy. Beck. - NOW JUST TRY AND MAKE A BETTER LIST OF BANDS FROM THE LAST 10 YEARS.

    .

  • @corebare No Weezer? D:

  • @corebare Oasis always sucked cock. Black Crowes and Korn are inexcusable. And REM is okay, but Michael Stipe is a piece of shit, so fuck those retards.

  • @SwampThizzle wow, whats wrong with Michael Stipe. R.E.M are great to listen too. Good music to chill too. And Michael Stipe is an awesome singer, you have no argument.

  • @TheLazyJT What's wrong with Michael Stipe?Perezhilton. com/2009 -02-12-michael-stipe-is-a-douche

  • @SwampThizzle The links broken. So atm still no argument. :D

  • @TheLazyJT Remove the spaces, genius. I just double-checked. It works.

  • @SwampThizzle Still didn't work for some reason. Though I googled the link with no spaces and it came up. Yeah, I can see how you says hes a douche, but first how much of that is true and while I'm not exactly disagreeing with you here, he has the right not to tip if he doesn't want too. And come on, would you pay a $400 tip for a meal, you'd normally be lucky to atleast get $10 with being a waiter/waitress.

  • well, why dont we make use of the internet... and explore the different kinds of music in the world... and see for yourself... if you like them, Great! support them... if not, then repeat process, Lol. Search your local music scene, I'm sure you will find alot! XDD

because, if you think they need support, you should... I'm just suggesting an idea... A movement. "great musical value" > "lesser musical value"

  • well, there are good bands even in the mainstream but still an "imbalanced" ratio between "crappy music" (crappy because I believe that music is for feelings and raw emotion, although feeling to get money or w/e is... it denotes a very selfish view so I think those kinds of music are of "lesser musical value" or simply "crappy"/"needs improvement") and "real music" which is of "good to great musical value" (because of it's creativity in emotion... Poetry with sound)

  • 2000+ has gone to shit, we need rock, funk/rock and grunge back

  • This band was soooo cool. Loved Kim with Pixies and Breeders too.

  • Actualy QOSTA, was late 90's and was at first a side project of Kyuss.

  • Man, Kim Deal used to be so hot. The great music made it even better.

  • the best the best!

  • The bowling ball song.Love this haven't seen this in so long.

  • EVERY SINGLE DECADE OF MUSIC HAS ITS AWESOMENESS. IGNORE THE CRAP PARTS YOU DONT LIKE AND TAKE WHAT YOU DO LIKE.

its right there is no reason to argue over musical decades. my top three are the 60s the 80s and the 90s! Don't be so musically close minded people, you're only doing one thing: missing out on so much more than you could imagine!

  • Just a thought, but maybe arguing over which decade of music was better is a pointless argument. It seems to me that everyone here hates the Top 40, music video crap anyway, so what's the point of arguing? And arguing about which decade of music was better is all so relative anyway. Isn't it? And anyway, maybe some young Justin Bieber or Lady Gaga fan will read all these comments and decide to give the White Stripes, Beatles, Alice in Chains (or whoever) a listen and like it. Sounds good to me.

  • @corebare

I know some people wrote you, but man you are in a ALTERNATIVE ROCK SPACE, 90s, no 21 century talk.

Excuse me, but is the wrong place to put that comment!.

  • @carlostinonsa wrong.....

  • Comment removed

  • Every generation has great music. Not all of it is commercialized though. There's lots of great fucking bands out there right now, working. Bieber and Gaga just sell more pepsi or whatever so we see them on TV more.. There's a clue.. KILL YOUR FUCKING TV!! Get out to the scene and see some real music being preformed in your local town right now!

  • LOOK, people playing instruments!

  • KIM kicks ass. no one else has this musical intelligence like she does, it`s so feminine i just love her!!

  • in the 90s alot of music peaked. creativity is zapped out of kids these days,

  • @Johnwr61575 lol are you a kid? Didn't think so. I hate all of over-exploited disney shit, Bieber, and Gaga. Not to say I hate those who listen to them. Everyone has their opinion and I can respect that, even if I don't always understand it. I've really started getting into chillwave which is relatively new. Washed Out- Feel It All Around is a pretty good song. There is still plenty of creativity, kids just seem to gravitate towards aweful shit. just be glad you weren't in highschool for screamo

  • I've been a professional disc jockey since 1991. Music became crap after about 1998. It's embarrassing for me to play most of the music of today.

  • @ Music Man...did you hear this?

  • I hate this video but I like the song.

  • The only people defending music from 2000 - 2010 are people who grew up in that era. Of course you're going to defend the music you grew up on. - I didn't grow up in the 1990's, but consider it the best decade of music ever. You can make any argument you want about how 2000 to 2010 had "great" music, but you can't compare it to the 90's. There was NOTHING revolutionary, new, or defining about that decade of music. NOTHING. And, 2011 - 2020 is starting off even worse. Way worse.

  • I grew up in the 90's and was a musician as well. I think there is SSOOOOOO much more great music today. There are a lot more scenes which can be a bad thing, but I just remember everyone that was young in the 90's being way too passive aggressive and it was boring. I'd rather be older and living now than ever go back.

  • @itowedin nice to see someone who actually appreciates some modern music. I don't care for scenes really, I'll listen to anything if I like it. I'm not gonna associate myself with any scenes though since I think that's lame. It's about the music, I don't care much for the following, because in the age of internet, the following has taken to the web :)

  • There is probably as much good stuff now as there was in the 90s. its just that with the advances in technology anybody can perform these days so the quality finds it harder to get thru the rest of the crap.

  • I think girls in tube socks are sexy!

  • love this song!

  • ah oOOooo OOO ah oOOooo OOO

  • makes you realize how shitty and disposable music of today is...

  • @bluet49 agreed

  • The DEAL sisters.......Brilliant

  • The Breeders are awesome!!

  • If you like the music then listen to it. I don't like nickleback so i don't listen to them. I like film school so i listen to them.

  • Its not that there aren't good bands and music now, there are. Or that up and coming artists aren't as innovative as those in the past, some are. The biggest difference between now and then (being the 80's and first half of the 90's) is that the mainstream vehicles for people to access music such as radio and MTV actually tried to one up each other in unearthing the "next big thing" -> and gave up and coming artists a lot of air time. Not so now ....

  • @flurry - Irony = Someone complaining about complainers.

  • There's always good music you idiots. You just have to look for it.

  • Man, the 90's were great! I miss them. I only wish I had been old enough to appreciate them but I was born in '87. :(

  • I love Kim!

  • What a wonderful year to be born in with such great music floating around my infant head :D

  • all decades are crap for music except of course for the one that I came of age in

  • Douche-dick! Have you any idea what Kim Deal stands for? Get a life, get a f%$king Pixies album!!

  • People, stop dissing today's music, it's getting really annoying. Each decade has good music AND bad music, get a grip on yourselves

  • @JustOneMeatPuppet A million times, yes

  • @JustOneMeatPuppet no man todays music is shit

  • @wintersnow2012 Oh really? Please, enlighten me. Give me some examples of this so-called "shitty music of today". I'd really like to know.

  • @JustOneMeatPuppet ANYTHING ON MTV,ANYTHING ON MAINSTREAM RADIO!!!I actually pity todays youth they dont know good music, all the #igg*r music and if its not ------music its white people who wish they were,a whole generation of kids with no identity being told by minorities what is cool, pick up a guitar or drum sticks learn an instrument and then preach to the choir.

  • @cottonfever1221 Dude, chill. What you're talking about is mainstream music, which tends to suck most of the time. But you forgot to mention the underground world of music, which has become bigger and more complex since the dawn of the internet. Obscure, but great bands can get more attention and fans, it's just a google search away. It's that easy.

Actually, I'm surprised you still pay attention to what's on the radio or on TV.

  • Yes well i was born in 70 and have heard a lot of music over the years but I just can not go past the 80's and 90s rock music , great song and great band ' TB '

  • i wanna bone ms deal

  • @TonyCook2012 I really understand. She is a fucking force.

  • This song is awsome, damn awsome !

  • Awesome. Remember watching this on "120 minutes". To think that people complain about how 90s music was rubbish... all they ever noticed was techno, probably.

  • yeah

  • Wow, MTV used to play music.

  • Kim Deal once said she wanted to ...ya know...uh...be with Kurt Kobain.Anyway,I heard that back in the day.I wouldn't do her,or her sister.

  • kim deal is so hot.

  • Cool video, but this audio is shit on a stick.

  • @unclefeezus youtube compression is getting worse and worse.

  • "Boom...right in the face with the coffee"......hahahaa

  • Yep, MTV once was a music channel. And it was damn good back in the days, they played all kinds of music. And then they fucked it up completely.

Money makes the world go... down.

  • i remember crazy moshpits for the chorus at my local indie disco. good times.

  • my favourite song, like, nothing is like that :),my special
