By your logic, I suppose you have an idea how to make those cyclists pay ? Or you would forbid those with a bicycle to touch the asphalt if they didn't pay.

And may I add that people also "physically use" the street; how about making every pedestrian pay a fee for walking on it.

BTW, I don't have a bike, hardly can be called a "cyclist"

He's right, they're not made for bikes but all the power to them.

Bikers are just asking for trouble.

I agree with his stance on immigration tho. As an Immigrant myself in Toronto, I do feel like the city is too congested. We need to focus with the people who are already here. Fix the TTC, create more jobs, more housing, etc before bringing more people here.
