    was he keeping his elbows close to his body ? nope i dont think so !!

    and one more thing i can see the pupil is training with weights for some time..why would he need the guy(so called pro)telling him how to perform.

    listen to your body not others !!

  • I wish I can do that when I do biceps/curls. My wrists are shot, damn I feel so limited after watching this.

  • I found that when I mixed my workout with drop sets and pyramid sets, super sets, and giant sets that my body started to really explode! you can only do 8-12 reps so much but you need to really go beyond that and work till failure in order to grow! great brutality for the biceps shown here!
