  • Interesting! I would like to know which language(s) you drew from. It's obviously based on a North Germanic language. Judging by your use of the letter Ð, I could assume Icelandic, and likewise judging by your use of Ø, I could assume Danish/Norwegian. Perhaps you are basing off of an older language from which the other N.G. languages have a common origin?

  • @dumamerikaner You're a bit confused. The first part in the white background is a faroese song; the second part in the orange/brown background is his constructed language. He's translating the lyrics of the song from faroese to his conlang.

  • Wow... Faroese is a beautiful language. Very nice conlang as well. :3 Good!

  • @phr4nk3rd00d13 It is indeed, and I'm glad to hear that you feel that way about Kozea too. Thanks!

  • Reng Salwa e tiye. Dun E ulte Teng saluhle ye tin twalya.

  • Tyr is a really excellent band with a lot of different sounds to their music. The song you are translating is Turið Torkilsdóttir.

  • Ørz mihabøl i dus! = Your work is good! [Gøvran language](invented by me)

    Very amazing language!

  • @Uzbazur345 Thank you! Yours looks pretty! It reminds me of Turkish.

  • @Skomakarn Thak you!! Is based on German and Arabic language and some north language like norwegian ecc... :D

  • hehe det låter mycket som isländska! Jag också skappar mitt eget språk hehe

  • What a beautiful language Skomakran that you have constructed.

  • @ADIMM0 Thanks!

  • I've been doing a lot of research on constructed languages (conlangs) during the last few months.

From what I understand some natural languages (natlangs) are written in constructed writing systems.

    For example, Cherokee.

From what I've heard, for a long time Cherokee was purely spoken, until the Cherokee syllabary was constructed.

But, if I understand correctly, Cherokee is still technically considered to be a natural language.

  • @TheGringo300 technically all writing systems are constructed...

  • That is one beautiful conlang, dude. Very nice job.

  • @Lemonz1989

  • @Lemonz1989
