This video shows the truth about the law at this time, I mean, every country has this problem, England for example has this laws that date from the 1800, but as the legal system renews too slowly, we still have this punishments that are close to be ridiculous for the time we are living. I think this is a very instructing video, let´s just hope for our own good that we can improve our legal systems in a matter of years, and not centuries, otherwise the consequences will be seen in a short while.
Hey guy. My best friend is a lawyer and works to help write patents for stuff for engineers. Garbage robots seem like a good idea. You should call him. Haha
Hello and thanks for watching my video. Please vote for it at the link right below my profile photo. Its to win a $10,000 scholarship. I APPRECIATE IT!
An amazingly set up argument about the increasing need for a progressive legal system. You raised several thought-provoking issues and I would say even educated the public. You got my vote for the day ;) My best to you in your endeavors!
This video reminds me of my conflicts of laws class... where we discussed jurisdiciton over crimes and issues involving the WEB... Where may the internet be served? The web itself has its own jurisdiction since it is actually nowhere yet everywhere at the same time...
Yeah, jurisdiction issues with respect to legal claims are really interesting. Some say there is a unique cyber-jurisdiction, others say there is no special consideration required and standard jurisdiction rules apply. My own personal feeling is that the fact there is any controversy at all suggests the way we think of jurisdiction, with any focus on physical location, is probably not the best approach. Perhaps something more along the lines of universal jurisdiction makes more logical sense...

haha I like the Terminator soundtrack in the end. I'm also studying law I agree with your point of view.. although bare in mind that reforming, changing the legal system is a highly dangerous thing to do... to make the system quicker I suppose one needs to suppress steps which take up time, but by deleting these processes or automatizing them you can undermine the transparency and the verifiability of the system itself.. it's risky business reformatting the system..
Thanks for the comment. Not only risky, but very difficult. You're absolutely right about the potential for reducing transparency, but I suppose changes can be made to make it far more transparent too. The trick will be getting the right people to work on it before things get so out of balance that lawmakers find themselves in panic mode.
Definitely have my vote. You will actually find a job after law school. You have goals, and your vision for the future doesn't assert your entitlement to a scholarship based on past laurels or significant relations. You'll bring much-needed critical thinking to a profession overrun with coddled children who have been exposed to little more than poetry and fluff before their first year. Just don't fall for the indoc.

This video is incredible. What software did you use? I am attending Charlotte School of Law as a 1L in the fall. My video didn't make the cut but I will try to get everyone I know behind you.
