  • how is action, like a regular acoustic or higher, if tuned to standerd could you play it like a normal acoustic fretting chords and so on? nice playing.

  • @tom27j yes the action is the same as a standard acoustic so chords ect are easy enough

  • can someone tell me, are resonator scaled down slightly?

  • @samban no its the some scale just that one is based on a national triolian

  • Fat neck, assembly is good and the general quality is rather correct no problem to be planned

  • I'm planning on buying the same one and I'm a bit scared for the neck. How does it feel ? Fat or thin neck ?

  • This one is modified?

  • I'm not sure dude but a resonator isn't really suited for metal anyway man, its blues and country really.

  • And it's a type of acoustic guitar, not ment for distortion :P

  • Hahaha......

  • @homerhuntley Obvious troll is obvious

  • @cmshuf Ok..That made No sense...I was just wondering if a guitar like this sounds good with distortion. I wasn't being mean or trying to be a troll..I love how this guitar looks but I'm not into this kind of music.

  • @homerhuntley you can get electric resonator and they sound ok with a slight bit of overdrive, but that one doesn't have a pickup no use to you buddy. but why couldn't you use if for metal, metalica used a sitar in wherever i may roam, and cinderella used a national resophonic in quite a few of their songs. i too like metal, but i also play the blues and one thing ive learned is emg, pointy guitars and distortion doesn't make metal, any instrument is great for it if you use it in the right way.

  • Dark was the ground and gold was the night almost...

  • Cool! :)
