It is different. It is suppose to represent a dragon, that is why the dance piece is called "Neang Neak". She is portraying as a dragon.

I got this very CD of all the music played here, and have been playing the hell out of it at work. I'm about the order another CD from the KAA website soon....and I'm not even Asian. Some of the most beautiful music and dance in the world.

hey i love it that you have this on there... my god sister is in one of the pieces performing as a male character... ive meet about 20 of the teachers when i went to visit the school this past november in 2007 through a scholarship i won to study arts over there... it was great!!! where can i get a copy of this tho?

Too bad, you could watch them perform live, Neak Kru Sophiline new piece is called "Pamina Devi" which is adapted from "The Magic Flute," by Mozart. They were just at the Joyce Theatre in NY on Oct.14th. Their last stop will MN, Maryland, and then back home to Cambodia.

All theatres were booked and most people in the West Coast are just not into our performance. :(

The only way I know is by ordering it online. Unfortunately I cannot copy and paste the link but you can visit KAA website like I listed above, select "academy store" and fill out the order form. Another option is you can purchase the dvd through the KAA people like I did if you're from the LB area :)
