Uh, I presume the boiling water was to sterilize your raspberries. If so, you un-sterilized it by putting the spoon back in after it had been in your mouth. You might want to be careful, the problem with high sugar content in a fermenter is that it doesn't just help the yeast to grow but your mouth bacteria too! :)
Ive also made a lot of summer fruit type wine this year, gallons of elderberry, blackberry and elderflower champagne (11% alc) blackcurrent wine, most of the stuff was found around leafier parts of Bolton and some came from my allotment
