  • lucky, luck, mutha' ducky

  • Wish you would have shown more of the tree ie: cut into it to show the depth of decay, knocked on it to hear the hollowness, shown the top branches, showed any signs of decay along the truck. This could have been a great teaching tape.

  • how did you set the rope? cimb it? wow that was lucky!

  • If you would have finished your noch, you would have to say bye to your cabin. LUCKY!

  • No stumping on that one!

  • wow.....looks like the big man upstairs was with you on that day....glad he decided to help drop your tree...

  • should have just pushed it over

  • A real bad case of root rot... there is hardly any of the root ball left. Good thing no one farted next to it lol,

  • beavers got that tree

  • fuck yes you didn"t even need to cut it. I wanted the tree hugers there crying like little bitches

  • Another day or 2 & that could have landed on his house. Glad that no one got injured

  • "the livin bejesus" hahaha

  • You'd have to change your undies after that!

  • Ah ha ha ha ha ha ha! In all my tree cutting days! I've yet to have this one ever happen! LOL! Must be the saw LOL! That was priceless! stump & tree removal all in one shot! That was good Peg!!!

  • so if it was tied up where was the when u was cutting?? i think u pulled it back

  • that tree could have felled itself

  • Classic case of landscapers a few years back trying to create a lawn among trees, rotorvators cut up all the roots, they all died off and then people go blame "the tree"...

  • no that's root rot. No rototiller is going to eat up the huge roots on a tree like that.

I love to see a tiller eat up 6inch round roots.

I seen these before but never that bad. People normally take them out well before they are all gone. They are very lucky no wind pushed it over onto the house.

  • I guess the moral is, push tree first, then beat the crap out of it, in direction of fall of course; then cut it! Thanks for the tip!

  • alright guys that tree ain't gonna cut itself up, shutup and grab a saw

  • and grab saws we did! took a few days to clear this puppy out!

  • she like a milf i want some......

  • Great stuff, pity the camera couldn't have been steady. I have put a link to this video from TreeWorld forum titled "Imagine the consequences of climbing this one".

  • That is pure terror. Standing next to that must have been fun!

  • He had cut a huge wedge out of the other side. He didn't know this side was completely rotten and held up by less than an inch or two of live wood. So the weight started to pull the tree the other direction before he made a cut!

  • wow, looks like he really could've just pushed it over, did he even make a face cut? Lucky it didn't hit the house.

  • he had already wedged the other side, but this side he was attempting to cut was so rotted that it just started falling. The tree was tied off to direct the fall, but having it fall unexpectedly is really a fright!

  • at least the tree was tied, otherwise who knows what would have happened.
