@karlosdajackal Man. If I buy this gear other riders may think like "he's only riding a 250cc" or may give me respect. I guess this is very reliable. Thanks a lot buddy.
amazing how nobody even asks relevant questions like "why do we get only the carb version of the 250r?" or "whats the difference between a carburated bike and a fuel inj"?
@paladain55 its easy, this whole country converted from imperial to metric over the last few years, in 2002 we went from miles to kilometers. So we have a lot of experience, also the clock on this bike has both miles (outside big numbers) and kilometers (inside small numbers) displayed as its for the UK market also. Also sometimes before a vlog we research what we are going to say....
@karlosdajackal the united states are lazy. they used to say that they would convert all the time, even back in the 60's is what older people around me used to say. the only reason why we stayed imperial is because i think it was thomas edison (i look back in history on numerous subjects, and this guy is an asshole) or someone didnt like france, who created the metric system, so we all stayed imperial.
you ought to look up thomas edison and nikola tesla.
@c243mx7tr actually imperial units are easier. all you have to be able to do is count by 10s. over here 12 inches equals a foot, 3 feet equal a yard. etc. 10mm equal a centimeter, and so on
my gear is black & white too :)

Anyone know if a pre-2008 ninja 250 can be retrofitted with the EFI system on european bikes?
dtmbcorp 1 year ago
@dtmbcorp extremely unlikely. the 2008+ ninja is completely different.

What's your fuel economy like on the EFI model?
billyedtimmy1 2 years ago
Not checked it properly since I finished breaking it in. I'm due a refill soon, so I'll let you know next time i put gas in.
karlosdajackal 2 years ago
last time the fuel light came on i put in 11 litres, the fuel light came on again around 150 miles.
so in uk miles per gallon (imperial gallons) that works out at 62mpg or in euro terms 4.5L / 100

@karlosdajackal how do you convert metric to imperial like that. i would really like to know. thanks
