Was there really a demand for this? The original Golion was bad enough. Iconic robot true, but it even sucked in Japanese. Dairugger XV( Vehicle Voltron) was a much better show!

ok, i don't mind if it's not oriental styled (yeah, u know, since japan nowadays it's not the only country that produces anime....*cough* avatar *cough* south korea).

but the character design is just plain...plaaaain awful.

why do i get the feeling that i'm watching a cereal commercial from the 80's?, they look like characters from a bible studies textbook.

besides the characters are really generic, that asian kid is disturbingly yellow.

@Aldridge517 Don't worry about these weeaboos, I also think it looks ok.

The animation is avarage for an action cartoon, the style is ok and in terms of story it will probably be just fine as well. I'm pretty sure most of the negative response is just "OMG nick is raeping muh childhood!" or "Golion is saykyo desu, the western world is full of bakas!!".
