@eyeprod I sure do.. and I gurantee it would put this shit of playing one riff over & over again to shame. I can hit some Duane Allman licks and melt your face off if you would like?
@josh1988ist alright then why isn't it already posted? These duane allman ripoffs you are supposedly hitting, you think I haven't heard that line before? There's plenty of young wannabes like you out there. Most of 'em watch my videos and the majority thank me for the inspiration. They actually play, not just talk shit. Oh yeah, I believe in your imaginary skills. Try competing with my hundreds of thousands of hits on my videos then talk to me. in the meantime, I'll be laughing at your comments
@eyeprod Well cause I have better things to do with my time than sit around on youtube haha. Ya know like get pussy and not hang out in my mothers basement when im 40. Don't get mad at me cause you suck. I'll tell you what I'll do though.. I'll upload a video and show you how to play. And who gives a fuck about how many hits you get.. it still doesn't make up for the fact you suck dick at slide. "Inspirations" like you is the reason music sucks balls today.
@josh1988ist What a prick. You sure are an internet tough guy! What's wrong with music today is shits like you that sit around criticizing everything and everyone yet you yourself don't contribute anything to society. You're what we call a food-tube-oxygen-waste.
Great sound! I am just now attempting a trip through the world of open tunings. Did you tune up to the E? I have noticed some tune differently and still call it open E.
thanks for the comment, but if you read the description you'll see that I am only screwing around to show how easy it is. Nothing is wasted, it's for fun, which it was and continues to be for me. try it sometime without thinking too much
Nice guitar I just recently got into slide guitar after seeing Joe Bonamassa's video on slide guitar in open E I'd like to see you tear that thing up on a slide though! Cheers!
Anyone like you, who takes the trouble to make a little film and put it up here, and be encouraging and communicative is what music and youtube is all about.
So thankyou and damn the torpedos and naysayers, keep playing!
I'll take that as a compliment, considering you are probably talking out of your ass and have no videos to share. Keep at it man, and you'll get where you want to be
I'am loving it. Open E rules. I"ve played all around the world in Open E. The silent killer. Guitar's easy way of playing that very few knew about untill the likes of "Youtube" and such.
Dude, that is a pretty raunchy dirty slide tone! That is just the slide tone I am looking for, tell me what you used for this and tell what me what you think about the Dream 90 pickups. Good stuff man!
because I can. I made this vid to show people how easy it is to have fun playing with an open tuning. It's so easy it's not even funny. A couple of people have taken this too seriously. I'm just having fun with very little effort, and it still sounds pretty ok. To hear me play seriously, check out my band on our myspace.
Yea man, it's all about the fun. Some of these guys are analyzing your playing like a Malmsteen piece or something. Your playing really just creates a nice soothing effect. I like it!
thanks. I like the sound too, and you're right it's a GFS mean 90 humbucker shaped p90.
The bridge is a fixed type, not tune-o-matic. It can be used as a wrap around bridge, but I like the sound better with the strings attached to the tailpiece, which is a vibrato type without the handle.
it is lame because it lacks skill, it lacks emotion and it lacks creativity. It is 2:17 of duuh duh duuuh duh. It takes more than looking greazy to be a guitarist. It does however take balls to put a video out for tools like me to comment on though so you got me on that :)
funny, I noticed that you fav a video of a guy who plays duane allman licks over and over and that's supposed to be creative? pfft, that's weak. I play my shit live and kick ass with a real band. Ever hear of something called melody? it's more important than technical bs.
I'm not trying to sell DVD's of someone elses style. I write original material. Now thanks for commenting. I hope you learn how to play slide guitar too someday. Stick with open tunings it's easier to copy other people style
I'm talking to the guy who never 'seen' slide on a SG.. the first guy I think of, Gary Rossington.. Freebird. Perhaps one of the most famous slide licks of all time.. it's the slide verison of Stairway..

it's a '68 or '69 with a skinny neck. Some people don't like the neck on these. They stopped making the necks like this in '70 I believe.

Does the V4 sounds loud? I'm thinking bout getting one but i'm not shure if it have enough power.

The V4 should have more than enough power to do anything you want, except maybe a stadium gig. It's a truly great amp.
