its not a routine, its something born had rivers crew do so that he could waste time and do his blow up on beat (notice nauty1 has no clue what's going on) and get to the good part of the song. you only get two routines at uk bboy qualifiers, this was not one of them. this is also what led to the call out and street battle outside between jinjo and rivers after the event. watch the whole battle and note jinjo's reaction to rivers' routines and how they complain to the judges
