Installing Windows 7 in VMware Fusion

Can you point me to where I can get some help to install Windows XP on Fusion 4 with an upgrade to Windows 7?  The VMware web site is COMPLETELY USELESS and several Google searches have produced nothing much to go on. Thanks!!!!

after successfully installing windows 7, can i remove the windows 7 disk from my mac now? do i always have to insert the windows 7 disk whenever i want to use windows7 on my mac via vmfusion?

But my true question is can I uninstall it and get my 40 gigabytes back?
