The main acid in Coke is Phosphoric Acid. When mixed with Bleach (Sodium Hypochlorite) it produces Hydrogen Chloride gas. When this gas come in contact with water it forms Hydrochloric acid (same acid your stomache makes).

So if you inhale it, or it gets into your eyes it'll irritate those parts of your body.
