Its distasteful. There's a fine line between risque/funny and distasteful. I feel this is distasteful. A lot of people don't want to get treatment because they want to spend their months/weeks/days on earth being able to enjoy themselves and not sick from treatment.

In a lot of cases, in which people have no chance of surviving, chemo doesn't significantly prolong the life, it just makes them feel more sick. In those cases people have the right to choose.
