That's some of the most consistent plasma discharges that i've seen on these videos. I only wish the camera had been tilted at a upward angle so we could have gotten a better display of the plasma moving across the surface of the top of the microwave.

semifixtion, you're right. this is exactly what happens microwaving ANY tin with paper around it. the metal draws sparks from the energy of the microwaves, ignites the paper und the burning gas becomes plasma. so i really don't know, why they say it's phosphorescent paint.

Yes, it is. The blue / yellow blobs that fly up is plasma. You can safely make it yourself too, take a heat / microwave resistant glass, and a grape. Devide the grape in 4 parts, and put them in your microwave, then put the glass over it, and voile, plasma!

kenny, you need to let the paint sit under a bright light for a long time. Best thing is to pour it into a clear container and leave it under a lamp for 2-6 hours, up to 24.

Then put the container inside the microwave with steel wool in it :D

Just takes a few seconds under a Black light, and kenny can also mount a black light on the edge of the window of the microwave, so that the black light shines inward into the microwave as it nukes the items.
