I have sleep paralysis - I did not even know such a thing existed until this video. I will close my eyes and be unable to open them or breathe, until the last moment. It will last seconds, but feels longer then that. Usually if I am in a dream and I want out all I have to say is "wake up" but during these times, I cannot.

i have sleep paralysis almost all the time and i dont know why. but sometimes it's different sometimes i see my body lying in my bed then i go to different places but i also see a sort of see (not just one) a black figure with red eyes. sometimes i even see people i know. it doesnt really feel like a dream. in a way i control where i want to go but i dont feel having a body.

Love your videos very much! When your talking in this one about sleep paralisis, I have had a few accounts of this myself over the years and in different places (provinces) that I have lived in as well. How mine differ is, I do not see any physical thing(shadows etc) but I am fully awake and can not move a thing but my eyes. Most only last for 20 or so secs. but one had lasted for about 11/2 mins once. Any info on this would be great. I still don't know what to think about it.

We have a lot in common! Our personalities are very, very similar. I love stormy days. I detest people who aren't authentic. People either love me or hate me and I'm okay with that. I also have a nasty temper. I battle depression. I write and eat with my left hand and throw, bat and catch right handed. I am an air sign as well. I have a house full animals too! 3 dogs, 1 cat, 2 birds, 1 turtle, 2 frogs, 6 koi fish and my step-daughter has 2 sugargliders. Thanks for sharing!

A very refreshingly honest video, in regards to your paranormal experiences look into vessel work (if you haven't already). I was lucky enough to go to workshop run by Gede Parma and he spoke a lot about vessel work...it is fascinating! Also I have to agree with you about evil or dark entities, like there are malevolent people out there I believe there are also malevolent spirits and they don't have to be affiliated with religion. I have had dreams or well the seemed like dreams of laying in bed and somethings holding me down, i felt like i couldn't breath, its a dark figure beside me but its holding my head wear i couldn't turn to look at it. then all of the sudden i wake up trying to catch my breath. i told my parents, they said its the devil from me not goin to church but it happened even when i was a christian now im an ecclectic pagan and it hasn't happened in a while. WOW I am also left handed and I am a bit older soon to be 46 on the 18th of Sept. My parents alo wanted me to be right handed and I would get my fingers slapped . Thank the Goddess I had an aunt that encouraged my folks to let me be whatever hand I wanted to be. Do you have any tats? And if so do you have any craft related ones? Regarding the night terrors you describe, I have had the lot. Succubuses sitting on me, sleep paralysis, false wakings and a horrible black entity in a haunteed house. What cured these things? Scepticism. If you believe in them, the mind will increase their frequency. The moment you illuminate your primitive fears with the enlightened, scientific concious mind, your fears will evaporate. You will never see or hear your evil spirits again. The light of science conquers the dark instantly.

I might suggest you look at the concept of Karma and where it came from. (Humans pulled it out of their asses basically to make themselves feel better about revenge).
