from the solar panels's outside... do you use and inverter to allow a higher voltage through the line to minimize the resitance on the line? or do you just use a smaller guage wire?

@JandS1Productions Micro-fit is the new micro inverter's that sit's on the rear of the each solar panel and come's out as 120 volt.
