  • I love your videos! I started with 202 and am now onto this one and it's been such an incredible outlet for me. Of all the videos and classes I've tried, yours are the absolute best and I have been sharing your channel with all my friends. Although my main reason for doing yoga is for relaxation and overall mental/physical well being, I'm also trying to lose some weight and was wondering if you have a rough idea of how many calories an average weight woman would burn in this sequence. Thank you!

  • Really enjoyed this. Good pace and poses that I have done in class, but am not good at yet as it gets past 30 minutes.Did not have time for all of it, but will try it soon.

  • Awesome video! I am just getting into yoga and I have been checking out a few commercial DVDs but the pace and intensity of your videos here really works well for me. It doesn't feel to slow and is just slow enough that I can sense and feel how I am working through the poses. The cuing I like because it's telling me just what I need to hear without being to excited nor to floaty. I did a couple of your beginner videos but wanted a longer practice this morning so I tried this one and made it!

  • @muzgirl81 Hi! Whatever you have time for is what you should do! If you can do an hour, you will gain more benefits from doing an hour practice than a half hour practice; but doing a half hour practice is FAR BETTER than doing no practice! We do the best we can with what we have available. I sometimes only have 15 minutes. But I'll tell you - those 15 minutes of doing yoga are priceless!~ Yoga is not cardio. I try to do at least 12 minutes of cardio a couple times a week to exercise my heart.

  • @muzgirl81 The style of yoga in these videos is called vinyasa flow and it's been my experience that vinaysa yoga helps with weight loss. I had a baby 10 months ago and gained 56 pounds during my pregnancy! I went from 127 to 184!! Two months after giving birth I was still 170 and I'm now down to 135 due to my yoga practice, so yes, these videos will help with weight loss. And cultivating patience. And help you sleep better. And focus. And be nicer.... I could go on and on! Keep me posted!
