The secret is where the 3 Fanatics were at 0:59. You need to blow open the wall with the chunk missing. You'll find a decaying, hanging corpse inside, a dead Cultist, 2 Detos and a message. You can blow up a crack there to go outside.

The secrets count is messed up in this level. There's actually 10 (without super). The painting secret is bugged. It isn't added to the total, but each time you open it, you increase *your* secrets count. If you get all of them, the end screen should say 10 of 9.
