The more you forcefully try to awaken the more you are running circles inside your ego. When you experience it for the first time it's quite a shock expecially if you had a huge ego like me. But the bliss and the finality of it afterwards exceeds any thought that you may have. You don't lose your images but rather you come to realize their meaning. It's a clean up process on a very vast scale.

I had one this past May. This energy came from my heart and it popped out of my body. I was in this energy bubble, felt very powerful like I had Gods power, it was quite eerie.

I'm always wondering if that energy was mine or was it Gods?

If it was my energy did I break some sort of code with the power of thought & belief?

If it was Gods energy he heard my thoughts & flicked on a switch and sent the Holy Spirit inside of me.

WOW Great video and the responce's by most have given me some ideas on how to better communicate the inadequacy of language to describe anything that one has experience of and the other has none. Like trying to communicate with sign language to a blind man.

You have to be the change you want to see in life. If you want the world to be unified, then you need to make yourself more unified. If you want the world to be at one with itself in peace, then you must be at one with yourself in peace.

Learn how to get to know yourself & you'll understand your higher purpose in life is to spread positivity. It's not easy, but nothing worth doing ever is.

@TheCutestPetsEvar Awakening is not something you can force. It is something you learn. It is called the "awakening" because of the sudden epiphany one has upon learning the truth.

If you'd like, it might help to look at the videos I've added to my channel in the "Grow the Love" playlist. I've tried to collect many of the inspiring videos that helped encourage my own awakening!

To me it occured after three years of pursuing a meaining in my life. I studied various philospohies drew art and made music and went to military service. For awhile accepted them as my guide for life. However my life still wasn't full which bugged me.I then had panic attack and it came to me at the moment of ultimate fear. It didn't stay so I started to study a guy named Krishnamurti and then it happened to me permanently. I can tell It isn't describable.

@Supertondo1 Hi "Chubby" - "You" are right. It is a contradiction. However, written language is problematic when talking about such things. If "we" don't use identifiers, there is the inability to communicate with each "other". For example, you use "Chubby" as an identifier. In "my" post, the identifier was the word "I".

+ this is enlightened-self-interest, by being compassionate to others and choosing a PURPOSE aligned with this, an individual can eliminate their own unnecessary suffering (which is everything except physical pain, etc). If you are unhappy with who you are you can change it (google neuroplasticity). You do not have to be a 'consumer' and base your life on superficiality. Do not accept materialistic values! We can change things from the bottom-up. :)

I agree with absolutely everything except: "Start living for today instead of living for the future." - but only because it could be misinterpreted. It is vital that everyone who understands this truth spreads the message. We have a responsibility to ensure the survival of our biosphere, and our species.
