  • Allen Lanier!

  • I think Hyde from 'That 70's show' is supposed to look like Eric Bloom

  • I saw B.O.C in 1978 it was in Gainesville Florida I was 12. My friend Cory and I went and got front row seats the day the tickets went on sale. It was the best concert we were 4 feet from the stage. It was so loud. The played Don't Fear The Reaper twice. It was my 1st concert and I will never forget it. I saw them in 98 at The House Of Blues in Orlando FL. They were not as good because they did not have the Bouchard brothers and lost the chemistry at least they still had Allen Lanier.

  • Mr Hogg, is this clip from the "Black & Blue" movie?

  • Ooh ! I see you like BOC , I like it too ! Where you take this rarityes.? Can you lay more BOC rare videos ? If you can do it please!

  • attention everyone, the magic begins at 3:39. Thumbs up so everyone can jump to the chase.

  • I saw BOC for the first time in 1978 At the University of Hawaii Andrews Amphitheater.

I paid 7 bucks to get in. They had lasers and it was loud needless to say it was awesome.

They banned lasers and night time concerts at that venue after that

  • Saw BOC for the 1st time in 1978 at Andrews Amphitheater at the University of Hawaii

I think I paid 7 bucks to see them, they were awesome and the laser show was good too.

They banned lasers and night time concerts at that Venue shortly there after

  • Great pop tunes..

  • Amazingly brilliant!

  • I almost got to see BOC back then but my militant stepfather wouldn't let me because I was only 11. But I forgive him, because this was around the time when people got trampled to death at the Who concert. But I finally got to see Eric, Buck, & Allen starting in 1992 in Seattle. I saw them 6 times, my favourite one was at the Masonic Temple in Spokane 1994. That's when Eric pointed directly to me and Leo and recited "AND THE JOKE'S ON YOU!" over and over with all the strobe lights and shit!

  • 1st side of Mirrors is great.

  • I had almost forgotten what a great song "Inthee" is.

  • in thee, one of the best ballads since something

  • great.

    thank U

  • Thanks for posting. In Thee was a surprise bonus.

  • Wow...what a comment,Drizz!!Is that good or bad?

  • Definitely good ( ;

  • Dr music is equivalent to a rubber chainsaw in your girlfriends vagina

  • Ouch.

  • Excellent

  • kweel song's !!

    x

    x

  • Is it just me, or would James Hetfield sound really good singing this? I think that chorus is made for him. Wouldnt do a better job than Eric mind you.

  • he'd be better suited to the backing vocals

    call me doctorrrr

  • amazing

  • BOC were the first band I saw live. Buck Dharma GAVE me his pick and I got all of the band's autographs. Best show ever :D

  • lucky lucky lucky YOU. I'm in jealous mode now.

  • Great to see this. This tour was my first big concert at age 16.

  • Great Capture of the Band in Time! Flashback at one of their Best.

  • Great post!!! thanx

  • B.O.C. was and is surely overlooked. I saw them in July and kicked the same as they did when I saw'em in 80

  • The most underrated band in all of music history.

  • stupid comment, there are thousands and thousands of wicked bands out there that you and i will never ever hear.

  • @DavidSontz

    No doubt about that.

  • Sweet.

  • saw them in'79 with Ian Hunter/Mick Ronson opening.great show, great post!

  • Saw the Mirrors tour in Denver...awesome show....long live BOC.

  • In thee, is one of my favorites :)

  • "In Thee" is one of the best songs ever.

  • terrialan - i was not sure about them as a band, i thought they only had like four good songs. Then i checked out some live videos of stuff like transmaniocon mc, votpw, and stuff off of mirrors, i quckly changed my mind. Seeing them in two weeks!

  • wonderful vid!

  • In Thee is a lovely ballad, thanks for posting.

  • This was the single off of the Mirrors album. If this song got the airplay that it deserved.. it would have been a major hit. I honestly think that the Arab thing turned off some dj's.

  • The song did actually crack the Billboard Hot 100, I think it got up to #83

  • were did u get this?

  • Wow. I haven't heard Dr. Music in ages. Thank you so much.

  • fantastic, pretty rare!

  • Al rules...

  • Lanier or Bouchard? Well they both rule. But I suppose you were talking about Lanier his keyboards were always an extra treat in their songs.

  • If it was a Joan Crawford I'd be referring to Lanier. This time I'm pretty sure it was Albert. Check out his album Denial of Death with Ross the Boss. It is so friggin good.

  • Yeah I'd like to hear the stuff he did with his band "The Brain Surgeons". I hear it's a little heavier than most B.O.C. stuff which is good.

  • awesome

  • omg, haven't heard that since '80! thanx! too bad they didn't catch on a little more than they did. even a little understanding of them and u realize they r one of the best rock bands ever.

  • Outstanding.

  • Cool, thanks for posting this !

  • Excellent.
