I am thinking of building a similar design on the collator and bullet flipper. I have built a small bullet collator but ran into the bullet flipping issue. I think I am going to rebuild my entire design and was wondering if you could share some info with me on your design.
The Motor used on the Flipper is a 6 RPM Gearhead Motor from All Electronics (DCM-245) It's a little bulky sticking out the back and louder than the one I used on the Collator but was all I could find at the time.
How did you wire up the infrared emitter and detector? What circuit did you use?
