  • close your eyes ...its alright .....safe in the loving care of the one that loves you.....................pure beauty...so simple

  • like that a lot! Take a view on my version of this song!

    James Taylor is great!

  • I cried the first time I heard this lovely song back in the early 70's and it is making me cry right now, in 2010. James Taylor is a national treasure.

  • Umm, what does "local radio" even mean? She's from the local radio station? She really likes the local radio station? But great, great video--thanks for posting it! This is such a beautiful song, and James has the most amazing voice. He could sing the phone book and I'd listen.

  • wow, it brings chills just like if i was sitting outside on a cool summer night...thanx!

  • a rare use of the Olsen cutaway....

  • I officially hate you for being that close to a legend, and his sweet sweet Olson guitar :(

Oh and not to mention Larynx, James Taylor i reckon is one of the most underrated singers! So smooth.

  • Excellent video. Top quality and perfect coverage. Just like I was there. Even includes the drunken shill! LOL.

  • My favorite song of all time.

  • Seems you rarely seem him play the Olson cutaway......

  • He only gets better with time. Thanks for posting this.

  • you're welcome! :)

  • nice tempo

  • Very nice job!

Love my James! There is noone else like him.

  • I love this man more than anyone on the planet. He's been in my heart since I was 14. I'm much older now and I still love him.

  • Thanks! I had just about the same seats it looks like, here in Chicago, got to shake his hand too! I also met Arnold McCullagh, his back up singer, (all the way on the left). Thanks for bringing back some good memories! dave the guitar guy

  • Roger would play his guitar and Delora sang this song great times miss them

  • i'm glad it could bring back some special memories for you... how sweet, take care xo :)

  • My sister & I used to sing this song in High School; me on guitar.

Our vocal harmonies were so sweet and I've always wanted to back James up.

Of his many wonderful songs - this one is most special to me.

Thanks so much for this wonderful bootleg.

I've seen him in concert @ 6 times & never is a concert the "same."

    His music never grows old.

Why would anyone want to disallow these B-legs?

They are great tributes to and lasting records of his appreciable talent.

    We love Sweet Baby James.

  • thanks for the beautiful comment.

    you're SOO welcome!

    xox

  • This is one of the best unofficial (and live) recordings I've seen of just about anyone.

i love james so much, he is brilliant.

also i think the orig. video has better quality, it seems to kinda distort it (pixellate?) when its on the net... hmm.. but thank you and you're so welcome!

  • bluddy brilliant

  • James Taylor is an icon....back in the 70s when I was in high school here in the Philippines..we used to croon to his songs in his likeness...He is the fave of my other brothers including the one who died couple of years ago whose voice sounded very much like his....I am glad that to this day he is still very much around and would hope that he'll be able to visit the Philippines...

  • That's really nice, i'm glad you enjoyed it :)

  • nag concert na sya sa folk arts noon kasama nya pa si ben, his son by carly simon. sana nga babalik pa.
