Guys I have a problem too, what is this movie? A guy and his bodyguard come to a hotel for something like a jewel auction... So this gang comes and they hijack everyone.

-That bodyguard and a woman chatting on some weird pda-like thing.

-a gang member puts some sort of lizard (I think a dragon) in the bathroom

-The gang leader gets poison in him, by the bodyguard cutting him with a poisoned dagger, and the gang leader dies on the street and some kids say WOW A ROLEX or something and rob him...

Drunken Master (1978), Wheels on Meals, Dragons Forever, Project A, Armour of God series... they're all amazing movies.
