  • they are like angels....from music heaven....no. scratch that. GODS!

  • there's no bass player???

  • @achalaymatt John Paul Jones is just playing keys for this song

  • Grohl belongs behind those drums. What a stud.

  • Best track on the record...

  • what´s the girl wearing on her face at 2.47??

  • How many bass players does it take to change a light bulb?

None - the keyboard player can do it with his left hand...

  • @EtcEtcAndEtc Keyboard player can't do nearly enough with his left hand than a bass could do. The song sounds fine without the bass, but don't EVER insult bass

  • Please make another album.

  • i see my love, davey!!!

  • Great song! Check out The Mark - Antibodies

  • song is genious

  • look at grohl go...

  • Wonderfull sound... NOT!!!

  • who's playing the bass?

  • @enrique4d Jones, using his feet.

  • If I had a penis I would have just jizzed in my pants

  • Jones you've done it again

  • @fnnichols Alain Johannes

  • shit

  • Yeah, buy the CD/Vinyl Record. This stuff is too good to download online, also it adds so much depth to the sound.

  • I think the mic hits dave at 0:41, he looks upset and the boom guy lol. I'd be too

  • josh guitar is way to awesome, what guitar is that?

  • it's a MotorAve guitar

  • the awsomness is not the guitar, trust me.

  • @filip1218 it's a motorave bel air, handmade from a luthier in california

  • great performance!

  • the sound isnt good but the footage is decent. Kudos for getting video bc I would have been busy bouncing off the friggin walls to this.

  • buy the album :)

  • i love dave's energy hes amazing

  • FUCK! this band is awesome I'm gonna but the album! support good music download shit music...

  • Ders a bit in dat song this song dat sounds like solo flights by EOD

  • does grohl resemble john bonham back in the day?

  • what a great band.

  • a modern day Ravel's Boléro.

  • not at all - they've already done plenty of stuff 'on their own' (in amazing bands with other musicians).

If you've listened to their previous work it makes it ten times as interesting because you can hear each of their influences on the songs. How could you not want to see what they came up with together?!

  • right the fuck on man KYUSS

  • Yeah you're right.....he is moving the mic, I thought that someone else was doing that.....

  • How could you stand still and record....I would go crazy and go smash dancing !

    Fancy automatic mic moving...Am I right ?

But we wouldnt be able to see this great stuff.....Greetings from Serbia !

  • thats a powerfull drummer!

  • Woah I like how he screams "INTO A GOD!" Josh usually never screams in the albums he has that really cool mellow voice I love.

  • when Dave shouts '1, 2, 3, 4!' at the start - I get the feeling that 'wheels' by the foos is gonna start playing!

    lol

  • @5Cincinnatus nice one dude, (singers don't need hands...)

  • These three, on one stage? Epic. Plain and simple.

  • THINK THE GUITAR IS A MATON

  • I'm liking josh's guitar... tele-shape semi hollow. Can anybody read the brand on that thing?

  • MotorAve BelAire.

  • Uh because Dave Grohl and Josh Homme are long time friends going back before Homme was in Kyuss.

Besides Josh Homme is a frontman, he sings AND plays guitar (quite awesomely). Slash, while a great gutiarist, just wouldn't fit here.

  • @LilC2012

Slash? How would he have been better? Slash would be a chink in the chain to creating anything interesting for this band IMO

  • JPJ bringing the funk!

  • Playing keyboard

  • JPJ is on keyboard

  • Comment removed

  • He's playing bass pedals that are underneath his keyboard.

  • @KDEVIL02 He's got two hands...

  • actually it sounds great for a bootleg! kudos.

  • Vocals in the chorus? part at 3:10 sounds alot like the vocals in Solo Flights by Eagles of Death Metal. Homme wrote that with Jesse Hughes couple years ago.

  • Comment removed

  • ... sounds damn good! :D

  • I F*CKIN LOVE THIS BAND! :D

  • JPJ - Bass and keyboards... SIMELTANEOUSLY!

  • Jones, you brilliant bastard.

  • reborn into a GOOOOOOODDDDD!!!!!

  • I second that!

  • sounds not too bad better than some of them on youtube

  • Please Slash2baz dont apologize for the "shitty" sound!

Thank you very much for sharing this with us! very nice i cant wait till the 17th of november!

    THANKS AGAIN! =)

  • tremendo bombo que usa dave no??

  • good job with this video

  • Led Zeppelin is the best hard rock group of all time. Queens of the Stone Age is the best hard rock group of the past 10 years, and Dave Grohl is the best modern hard rock drummer. There is no rock group out right now that even comes remotely close to these guys. I got some good footage of them on my page from their NYC show! Can't wait for the album to drop :) - nice vids too by the way, love the HD

  • i couldnt agree anymore, i was thinking the same thing, very well put

  • maybe...i said maybe, chickenfoot...

  • I don't trust anyone that doesn't listen to Zeppelin, never mind (no pun intended) hasn't sought out the best band that has ever lived.........

  • No band has a bigger buzz than these guys right now. Excelent songs. A true suprergroup.

  • FUCK YES!

  • do you even know who that bass player was before you made that stupid ass comment HDJE39M8 ?...how old are you anyway ? he's " THE " BASS PLAYER OF ROCK OF THE LAST 35 YRS..!!! this lineup is fucking brilliant and the music is fantastic..case closed..now all you ignorant qotsa and foo fans under the age 25 should not comment . unless you appreciate and know what this band is all about...oh yeah, and know who "THAT " keyboard and bass player is ...

  • if only they'd make a kyuss reunion (see what i did with the if only :P) i would pay good money to see kyuss such a shame its all in the past :(

  • its a shame that the vocals in this song are muffled but the music sounds fucking awesome a cant wait for the album

  • One part in this song is pretty similar to another song that josh homme have had a part in.. (Eagles of Death Metal- Solo Flights). Even the first sentence in that part is the same. "I don't need a reason baby... blablabla"

  • i saw them last night. by far the greatest concert ever.

  • Do they play any foo, zep, or queens songs?

  • no, all new stuff.

  • Foo Fighters and QOTSA are both still functioning bands, what would be the point?

  • because them crooked vultures are way sicker.

how could you not be stoaked for this?

  • What? No, I was responding to the guy asking if this band played Zeppelin, QOTSA, or Foo covers.

  • haha shit.. my bad i didn't really read the comments

  • S'all good. Them Crooked Vultures are gonna be great. They'll certainly shit on supposed 'supergroups' like Audioslave or Velvet Revolver.

  • new music style obviously...

  • You people are so dumb.... read the comments before mine and understand before you immediately respond. I just explained this to another guy.

  • nope.

  • There's a difference in between bands that become mainstream, and bands that play to be a part of the mainstream. The Foo Fighters may have some songs that are "mainstream", but that doesn't make them a mainstream band, nor are they the term that's generally associated with mainstream, sell-outs. As for QOSTA, I can tell you don't have much info backing you up. Go listen to Songs for the Dead and Make it Wit Chu, and tell me there's no variation.

  • listen to misfit love and turning on the screw and tell me they are sell outs...

  • When did I ever say they were sell outs?

  • i dont think the foos will be stopping any time soon

  • yea but im saying look past the commercial songs on the albums....like in your honor had a lot of awesome songs (best of you was on in your honor) like End over End or DOA and then the whole acoustic side is not mainstream...like if you go back to every foo album you will find commercial songs but there are masterpieces also on the albums tht arent mainstream at all

  • well the two cd set ur talking about is from 2005 so thts not very old and learn to fly was there only mainstream song from tht album...listen to other songs on tht album like stacked actors or breakout...dont be talking crap about the foos if u dnt know em....but i will agree in saying tht they are too commercial now i hate their new song they just came out with

  • learn to fly isnt on in your honor sorry i kinda made it unclear tehre,....i meant tht learn to fly is the only commercial song on tht album

  • dude, thats 100% wrong, the wrong point of QOSTA was to not sound the same, but even to themselves, all their songs are distinct and different from one another, and they are huge, some of the concerts they thrown have been ridiculously crowded

  • That certain level of having t shirts for sale at Kohls?

I never got into LZ, or FF that much, but QOTSA is fucking great. If you look into him, Josh Homme is a fucking genius.

I'm just happy that these guys came together to make fucking great music. I could care less who they are, where they came from, what band's they were in, or how many records they sold. This band is fucking solid and that's all that matters.

  • i love the foos...but they weren't mainstream until last year alright...personally i thought ESPG was mainstream...but to say dave grohl will not be remembered..dude really? this man will be remembered for nirvana for the foos for playing with paul mccartney on award shows and a couple other shows and maybe someday for them crooked vultures...so yea....josh homme...not so sure bout tht one....but dave and JPJ will be remembered forever

  • The only reason they might not be remember is be remember is because great bands like QOSTA and FF were drowned out by crap mainstream music.

  • If DG isnt remembered for Foo Fighters he will be remembered for Nirvana...

  • these vids are great and the song is awesome. the audio...not going to bitch but I have been cruising around cranking full blast. my brain and ears have new muscles. we need something studio or bolished soon, fuck this wait

  • Like i said, Sorry for the shitty sound, I was just in front of big bass subwoofer, that place fucked up the recording of the audio.

Next time I will ask to the roadies the soundboard of the show, i'm pretty sure they 'll give it to me for free ! lol

  • yeah im going to get some good stuff in boston, keep your eyes out for it

  • f**k the sound, better than nothin`!!!!

they are three of the most important musicians ever in rock history!!!!

love to see them in berlin!!!!

cheerz and thanx for the vid!!!!

  • damn it's so good to see them

  • Thanx for the vid, cheers from Brazil!!!

  • Them Crooked Legends

  • Seeing Dave beating drums brings back the memories of Nirvana days.

  • we want more and more THEM CROOKED VULTURES !!!!!

  • dudes dave's arms grew...!!!

  • Thank you so much for the remarkable video/audio quality!

  • love seein Dave on drums again

  • this is pretty darn swell! 1:55, i'll stick around drums?

  • Thats the most i have seen of jp jones playing ever! strange that!

  • loving the dave grohl backing vocals!
