Believe me or not. Here's my story : I remember a song with a black rapper and a white singer, and there's "nothing gonna change" in the lyrics. The video clip has city's scene but no people, and the white singer has curly hair.

I googled "a song video clip nothing gonna change rapper", and I found this video.
