cause online shooters are heaps better online, more competative, and to share that with my brother that is always into shooters, both playing at the same time, its a thing that i cherish, thats the only thing i hate bout killzone 2, no split screen!!
ok so let me get this straight. is the res2 online by yourself the same as splitscreen? if not what r the differences? also someone said about u hav to sign in to another account i already hav 4 accounts can i use one of them?? or do i hav to make a new one? also how would that work with friends and messages and stuff? plz reply if u know i realy have no idea. thanks :)

yes they had a new update and you now can buy skins and a map(idaho twin falls)
if you see a menu at the begining create new user and make a user out of that . Then create another psn account on the one you just made the stats will be saved.
I am now supreme commander rank 60 and the person im playing with is lt general rank 53
hey i just downloaded patch 1.5...before i could easily play split screen and 2nd player had every thing which P1 had like all of berseks and all other things but after i downloaded patch 1.5 after pressing start to loggin the 2P it comes written that select another account and user 1 written in the middle ...after that when i went to the equipment room of 2P all of the thinks were unlocked.. i know how it feels man, i dont have conection in my ps3 , so i play co op in split screen with my brother, its really difficult! i can still finish chicago!
It's kinda crazy...a lot of shooting from behind and besides....tough to score. Seems the right weapon is REALLY important! You seem to die and respawn a lot very differnt from co-operative. Can be fun if you are really qquick and shoot straight.

Because some people are not loners and actually enjoy being WITH other people for entertainment.
One of the biggest advantages of a gaming counsel over a PC is the fact that you can do split screen. If you wanna play by yourself get a PC.
