total bullshit. The ONE thing that makes PC better - and infinitely better - is the mouse and keyboard. The mouse and keyboard - while not designed for gaming - incidentally are the MOST crucial to a real experience. The mouse is the closest way to mimic aiming.
also clearly the skill level is based off the people you play with, if you have 40/2 then you are clearly a better player, you can't speak for everyone on this, nor can you speak for consoles because kill death is individuality based.

That being said, there are some games that are inherently more tactically oriented. Like Arma2 for example. Sure you can run and gun on this game too if you wanted to but, its geared towards tactics and team play for the most part.

That being said, there are some games that are inherently more tactically oriented. Like Arma2 for example. Sure you can run and gun on this game too if you wanted to but, its geared towards tactics and team play for the most part.
