dude, we did this roof pro-bono, and the house was built by students and volunteers. call osha tell them we were unsafe 3 years ago :)

@queretanoloco - in Mass, they pay much more, but then a 1-bedroom apt here costs over $1200/month and everything is twice as much compared to other places.

And we did this roof for free too, even donated materials.
