I have the 24 set which only cost me 9 dollars. They came in the same packaging in the video and everything was fine when I got it in mail... No damages or leaks. I tried mines out and they all work great... I love them and I'm so happy I bought them (off eBay). In my opinion the plastic bottles are good; they are strong enough not to easily break but are soft enough to squeeze out the nail polish easily as well. These nail tips make really fine designs and in my opinion the metal tips are WAY

(18th) i'm from canada. considering they ship FREE from hong kong, that was pretty quick. i got 24 for 15 dollars. none of them exploded. however, i did have a problem with 4 out of the 24. 2 had deformed brushes, 1 had something stuck in the pen part and even the pin it came with wouldnt open it, and 1 exploded inside the cap of the pen part (easy clean up)
