i have lifted 150 in squat and 150 in deadlift but thats in training. now i have a injurie in my foot so i have to take good time and don't hurry things in squat and deadlift

Your are great man, a real inspiration. You have a perfect body for benching. I'm now 18 and I got a 180kg squat and 210kg deadlift @17 and 83.5kg, but I could just bench 110kg (LoL). Hope your injury will heal soon.

Imponerende styrke. Blir nok en del rekorder som blir slått her i fremtiden. :) Liker du ikke mark og bøy så godt, eller har du noen skader som gjør at du ikke trener dem? Hva er det meste din far har tatt i benkpress?

Nei liker ikke mark og bøy men redd for å skade meg og, i tillegg så har jeg avrevet leddbånd i høyre ankel.
han har hatt opp 115 på trening 2 ganger, men han har nylig begynt så han har god tid og han sliter med å få til skjorta.
