    lite å si om man har pecs eller ikke når man følger alderbestemte vektlasser i styrkeløft og ikke driver med bodybuilding... ralf har enormt gode løft, gratulerer med ny rekord forresten, teknikken er eminent! beina er planta i bakken, rumpa er i benken og skuldrene er i benken - helt lovlig og veldig riktig for å skape mest mulig spenn for deretter å løfte mest mulig :)

    if you have great technique you would gain more, if you have some fat on your body you would gain more.

    But I would think you could do at least 220 and if you are pretty lucky about 250+ :)

    so i use single ply and closed back.

    i think you would do great in a competition, so i think you should join a club and start with competitions if your motivation is in for it. :)

    im a member of NASA. Everyone gets drug tested there too, and its single ply closed back rules. ive just never really fooled with bench shirts. i lift in the teenage 275 and 308 classes.

  • @habitatskate11 try lifting sometime. theres a reason why peope can lift more on a declined bench than on a flat bench. arching the back essentially turns this into a declined bench the only difference is taht your legs support some of the weight this way. and if you read rafadinho14 comment he even says it helps you lift more. so dont come tryin to talk to me whos in the gym 3 hours a day about lifting when u dont have ur facts straight.

    han har hatt opp 115 på trening 2 ganger, men han har nylig begynt så han har god tid og han sliter med å få til skjorta.
