@abadiqaisy123 I dont know if this post matter anymore but I recently watch this video "Yoga for your eyes" and read the book "Better Vision Now" (both explain the Natural Method To Improve Eyesight). I recommend it. Try it and see the result.

I tried it, and it makes a difference, big change take time (not too long compared to the benefits) so don't get impatient. And, I haven't and never plan to do lazik. I recommend u to look into both items, they are very precise.Watch the video to see how's it's done visually, then read the book for more information. Judge for urself.
