  • most of it is natural.

    and hypermobilty is like double jointed.

  • heyy tats really good :) i used to do contortion so yehh i noe how hard et can be on the body. but couple of things

    1. wheneva u do a bend back standing OR on ur knees ALWAIIS start wit ur arms in the air straight up next to ur ears not below ur bum l0l

    2. ndd alwaiis straighten ur knees even if u cant to the trick properly it makes you look so much better :)

    ohhh nd dnt forget to breathe cause alot of ppl hold there breathe and u can easily pass out. good luck :) hope these help a lil

  • ummm hi does anyone have any tips on how to get ur back flexible?

  • just stretch your back so like go into the bend back and walk your hands in and lift your head up, or go into the bend back and straighten your legs and lift your head up it should stretch it, then do the same on elbows. and maybe stretcj your back for about 30 mins every second day or every day your choice but that should do it :)

  • Ahh, I see. Well, just start off lightly at first. I guess until you build more strength and confidence. Then you will be fine (: Also. In your splits. I can't see your heel But It looks as though you may be twisting your hip in splits and not keeping them straight.
