This is a great game, I love it, the only problem I have with it though is that after you are done with the story, it get's boring and you're basically done playing it, I mean, sure, it's like that in all Zelda games, but this one was too fun that I didn't want it to end. I think it would be better if there was a way to make the story longer or if there was other things you could do. As I said, this is an awesome game, just gets really boring after you beat it :/

I loved Skyward Sword. It has even bypassed Ocarina of Time, LttP and Twilight Princess as my favorite Zelda title.

The only issue I had was the fact that the surface was a bit on the linear side, and it wasn't really expansive enough. There wasn't enough to explore. However, the characters were astounding, the graphics stunning, the controls worked unbelievably well, and the sidequests weren't too numerous, and they weren't tedious.

Honestly, i wish there was more gameplay. Twilight Princess had more dungeons and i loved the dungeons. The dungeons in this game was interesting and really good but i wish there was more. And.....spoiler....i wish the dungeon in skyloft didn't rehash the old dungeons styles. It was like Nintendo was making their lives easier by doing that. It was a creative dungeon but i wish i saw something new to my eyes.

I would have liked to have not improvised mini games. I would have liked to have a game equal in fun and importance as Fishing. I would have liked to have more areas to explore above the clouds. Skyloft should have been bigger. I would have liked to be able to replicate songs with harp instead of waiting until I was required to do so. I would have liked dungeons to be difficult. I didn't get stuck on any of them whereas that happened to me a couple times in previous installments of the series

This game is really great but I do have to say the main flaw of this would be it is not as adventurous as the other Zelda games. I mean there was only one town with shops and most islands (like at least 95% of it) are either empty or have treasure chest you can't open yet. But the gameplay is very clever and the story is great.

After you get the clawshots you can sneak into Zelda's room. She has a tingle doll and a love letter on her desk. You can also read her diary. And if you sneak into it at night you can watch her dad take a bath (it's not pretty sight.) There is also a peace of heart in her closet.

as much as i liked this game i may have liked twilight princess better i liked the bosses in that game even know they were easy but they take a lot more use of items when your fighting them my favorite boss is the dragon with an awesome use of the double clawshots its just my opinion. think about the(trying to not spoil but if you don't care read on)Ship boss if you fought it how many arrows did u use if u hit him with one arrow perfectly every time then u use like 5-6 arrows

I say the WORST part abou Skyward Sword is the infamas, SKY DIVING CONTROLES They are HORRIBLE I was comleting a sidequest were I had to get a item from a nest BY SKY DIVING, and it took me a MILLION trys to get it LITTERALLY.

Well with my copy to go forword I have to move the wiimote down, witch also speeds the falling. I mean, WHAT'S UP WITH THAT. It couldn't be my copy since it's new, plus I saw part of a let's play (To get find out how to get past a certein part) and the person had the same problem.

@wiiviewr Actually this the first Zelda game for the Wii, Twilight princess was a Gamecube port.. Not actually a Wii title, sure it came out first but that's because TP was already finished & Nintendo was fine-tuning it to be a Wii Launch title..

Otherwise the Wii would have launched with very few games & wouldn't have sold as well as it could have..

Zelda didn't need a review, it was obviously going to be good. The only reason I'd buy the Nintendo Wii again would be for this game, I personally feel that Nintendo have remained as loyal to the Zelda fans more so than the Mario or Pokemon fans.

And who cares about next gen graphics, these look charming and suit the type of style Zelda has!

I don't understand this obsession some Zelda fans have with "darker" and "more realistic" graphics. A lot of them drone on and on about how that's the core of the Zelda series when really, its not. In the entire Zelda library there's only two that I, myself would consider "dark" (MM and TP,) and even those had a bit of light-hearted, adventurous feel to it. Zelda's not a dark and gritty series, its just not afraid to be when the situation calls for it.
