I don't think many people realize how horrifically sad Jirachi is. It's a fully intelligent Pokemon that requires extreme emotional attachment to a child just to wake up. Once it goes to sleep again, the child grows old and dies; either forgetting Jirachi or worse- spending their life hoping to see it again. Jirachi never got to have a lifetime, but used itself to keep the environment pure; all the while awakening to an inseparable friend only to be ripped from them forever in a week's time.

Mew is the strongest though. The only pokemon that would still be playing, even when a bad guy tried to capture it. Mew would just play until it was done and then use Shadow Ball.
