Love Mike Mushok, I love this whole era of music, when bands like Mudvayne, Staind and SOAD were all just emerging and it was the style to look toally fucking mental and spaz out on stage. It's just a shame I was only 11 when this was going on, had I been a few years older I'd have been right there up front screaming along and going mental.

He COULD play an augmented fifth on the sixth fret (the two lowest strings A & E) if he uses the Drop A Tuning, but he doesn't tune his guitar that way in the song Spleen, that's my point.

well actually bass is not a guitar its a percussion more than anything. Bass follows the drums and I am a bass player so I know how to play this song. Also who cares that the bass player is going crazy. I've seen live shows where they throw mic or bass up around them.
