I have over 500 hours on my pokemon ruby.

I have regirock, registeel,reggice, rayquaza, groudon, and blaziken all lvl 100!

But i gave away my Gameboy, but i recently started playing it on an emulator on PC.

So i don't think it's cheap.

Um... correction: there IS only one Master Ball in the game. That there is a cheat, which is *not* part of the game. In fact, that cheat isn't even a built-in cheat (if there are any in Pokemon); you are altering the ROM itself with that cheat. :)
