i hope by now she is much better have you ever thought to not allow her any liquids but water. the chemicals in drinks even juice has natural sugar. water can really heal, i have it on my foot and it always flares up when i notice i havent ben drinking much water, try to get her to drink much water as you can, and if she is not allergic to olive oil ,rub some on it can sooth the dry skin, maby the dr can subscribe itch medicine wich i know by now you have tryed ,benydril can clear allergies
