your singing could really be honed there. There were some words that sounded off and almost like it was spoken, but other parts sounded perfect and very pleasing. The very fact that you took the time and effort to learn how to play this on the piano has earned you major respect from me.

Just take a few minutes out of your morning and try singing scales. If you're doing it by yourself, there's no need to go fancy, just know what note your singing and start on a note around the middle of your range. Each time you successfully do a scale, try doing a scale 1 tone up until you have trouble.
Don't strain yourself too much, it's just like stretching before you do something. A few times a day is good enough.
think you could upload a version with just the piano? not trying to offend your singing, but the piano playing was Really great, and it would be cool to just have that in a vid.
