  • Yeah! the Mustang GT model is awesome!

  • Comment removed

  • the one that replies on comments from vancouver filmschool must be getting tired of people asking what software they use when its in the credits

  • NICE.

  • The Ford Mustang GT^^

  • /// PANTURAL'S ///

VIDEO IS BETTER 110 days of rendering ;)

  • wow that's pretty awesome.

  • You guys are crazy.

A model, project, whatever can always have work done to it. its never 100 percent finished. anyone who really knows their stuff probably knows it. this is a wonderful reel, but like any other piece of work, there could be more done. thats no reason to flame anyone, and its no reason to be offended.

p.s since this is his reel, and their last year is used to work on it, he probably isnt a student anymore. this was his final assignment.

  • This is very good. Every detail is well thought a head.

    Congrats :)

  • did u make a visual effects?..

and can i ask u something?..

wat software did u use to make that>?..

    please leave me a msg..

    thank you xo much..!

  • Check out the credits at the end for the software list. Thanks!

  • what programs does VFS use??!?!?

  • all what you want

    see more VFS videos

3Ds max - maya - XSI - Zbrush - after effects - photoshop of cours :P - and many many others

every project uses 4 or 3 CG programes

  • F&*K, it's titled vancouver film school, this means he is learning , F&*ken, rad job man

  • phisics is spelled with a Y insted of an I.

  • Physics, sir.

  • Let's see you do better Physics boy...

  • Yeah, i just can't wait to prove myself to you...

    ...learn to accept criticism....

  • Go on and prove yourself mate... The entire faction of commenters are waiting! You wasn't giving decent criticism, you was been an ass towards the guy who made this, the guy who's learning still.

  • Actually, you're being an ass. I didn't say anything bad, i just commented on his work. It's not crap! The model is excellent, so is the entire project, but he needs to work a little more on the physics, and that's bad?

I don't see how my first comment was insultive anyhow...

  • Ok fair points. I'll agree.

  • I agree with hughes on this as the guy who did this did a great job ! !.. and to critisize him on his physics not being perfect is "LOW" because I play simulated games that even seem to lack on the physics of the car and those are professionals paid big money and yet still theyre not absolutely perfect. to me he did a great job and his effort was A + . One peice of advice that would make it look more intense and real is body roll of the car and the roll of the tires. say compressing sidewall

  • good job.... keep it up

  • cool u are a real master

  • nice work!

  • terrible car-sound effects, but the 3d-animation was good.

  • getting accurate sound effects to match what your doing isn't always the easiest thing, especially when your a student.

  • it doesn't sound like a GT tho.

  • its not, its a vfs if u look

  • lol

  • did u use all 3, maya, 3ds, XSI

  • perfect,great job!

  • that last skid would be cool with some instancing particles or something... missing rocks and dirt.... but its awesome nonetheless

  • really stupid to give everyone who says the thruth thumbs down and mark it as spam.

    getalife is right tho.

    the car doesnt look convincing.

its like the latest seat ad. great work anyways main thing i find wrong is the car paint material.

i know its even harder to get right with reflections added but it looks kinda very non glossy

  • hey can u send me the hd link of this video.. do u have a website

  • can't u just make a VideoGame?... i could buy one copy

  • LOL

  • a little bit more dust..it s in the desert..my oppion:(

  • Great work!!

    Looks perfect!

  • awesome job man...great.. and informative

  • this could be like a video game that would be awome

  • Boring. But, would look cool :)

  • perfect...

  • Nice vid...coulda picked a way better car though...Ford FTL....Maybe a Subaru next time? ;)

  • mustang is awesome

  • what a great scary place to study..all briliant student...imagine if u suck in the class..ur gonna be dead (or if u suck the lecturer gonna teach u till u gonna be great?)..

  • Oh yeah, we would suck! besides, 30 000 units a year, it makes it near impossbile to to get into their tribe. waaaaaayyyy toooo expansive!

  • true! better read tutorial at youtube and google

  • good job

  • sseexxy

  • Hey that's my car! Same color too! Great work, but I agree about the cracks in the ground, and the car should be dusty at the end!

  • its not about me being better its about you being the best in your field if you want to be succesful. im just saying what anyone you try to sell this too is going to say

  • cool man,really good reel

  • So, are you working for Ford yet? Nice work.

  • so very sexy

  • Muy bueno

  • A new car disigner

  • pony up!!!

  • pegsPboy can u do better? thought so, but it cool i love it

  • the car looks like it is floating above the ground rather than driving upon it

  • I agree, but the cracks on the ground also didn;t sell it as much for a VFX reel but I'm just being picky

  • Five stars rated and totally awesome works. Well done.

  • i like the old muscle cars

  • those new mustangs are overrated, who agrees?

  • Not me! I love the new ones. But they aren't as cool as my brother's 64.

  • one work wonderfull

  • Thx to this vid i learned something about compositing :)

Awsome animation! First to shoots are very realistic, or should i say... natural.

  • another nice one guys keep em coming

  • sound & music should be better edited - volume , good work a lot of work

  • nice vid !!! :D:D

  • the dust looks a litle fake too me, like without shadows but great work

  • Great work. Nice attention to detail. I could smell the rubber. Recoil on the car at the screech into the camera was a bit jerky and took me out of the illusion, but honestly that's not a huge problem. Visual weight is essential, as I'm sure you can appreciate. The big challenge when asking the audience to suspend disbelief.

  • i liked the way you split up the credits with shots of the car faded in and out. keeps the viewers attention! good work keep it up.

  • designs, layouts, color, all things consideret and put together make it look great, Specially design with high resolution, but it all comes down how it looks, it's what matters to the ppl

  • cool

  • i think i would have liked to have seen move plates used. felt a little computer gamey but i still found it to be of a high standard.

  • what tool did u modell the car with? maya? 3dmax?
