  • FUCK LAO, VIET AND THAI government......Bunch of black ass asians, they look more like Hindus

  • great video; i think that i might try and do the same thing that you are doing(for senior year), however i do not want to make it that same :not trynna "BITE"; anyways, in CALIFORNIA, i heard that it was a law to include history about the HMONG people. that's incredible :)

  • I feel this music video my HMONG PEOPLE! That lick when home boys says,"OUR STORIES ARE STILL BEING SEW." That was super hard much love to all my HMONG PEOPLE all around the world. "Don't ever forget where you come from because you might never make it where you're going" Always remember that phrase my HMONG PEOPLE.

  • You're human... Hmong and all other perceived cultures are temporary (a small segment of time)... you're more human than 'hmong'... such discrimination (defined as differentiation not racism) is what separates the world when it need not be separated..

  • By "more human than hmong", I mean that your ancestors were 'human' for millions of years, and the Hmong ancestry only dates back ten thousand (at most) years. I view this as children banding together on the playground. The prosecution is bad, and I believe that the US should help but I dont believe in separating yourself from others. Foolish. In another 500 years most races will be so mixed (just like it was a long time ago) that very few people can say they are 'this race' or 'that race'.

  • this is y americans r hated by the french people alot becuz in history of america, americans asked for help from french french helped them but after americans won and now french needed help with the british people americans refused to help and signed a stupid treaty thats y french people hate americans and there not racist like americans said even today some hmong people hate americans for that becuz there not keeping there promise they just want to focus on land owning people unlike the hmongs.

  • i like your vid. at least, one of the hmong still does or act something for ours.

  • I know that this might sound negative but it isn't intended to be so. I am Hmong and I do know my history and when I watch these clips about my history and how my people are still suffering in Laos after the war has ended for those who created the war. There is a theme that runs through out history and through my history of the Secret War. That theme is betrayal and broken promises. That theme is familiar and I have seen that theme through out American history.

  • When America deals with indigenous people, the US have broken many promise to the Native American whose country was stolen and taken. So it isn't a surprised that they did the same to the Hmong. Today, many American and Hmong American don't even know about the Secret War. I doubt that the US will ever do anything about this because as history have shown their track record have not improve in regards to them upholding any of the promised they have made.

  • Many countries have exhibited the so-perceived 'betrayal' but that is due to so many complex factors that appear over larger scales of time and not comparable to the simple examples of a someone saying we'll help you and they never help. The US did allow many, many Hmong to come here as return for helping. Complete betrayal would be to not have let any Hmong enter the US. So there is then a 'degree' of broken promises but that is ONLY because things are complicated in this world.

  • Hmong does not mean free.

Just like Chinese doesn't mean anything.

    German doesn't mean anything

    French doesn't mean anything.

    Indian doesn't mean anything.

Hmong is just the name we use to distinguish ourselves from other groups of people.

  • ur gay!

  • who sing that song at the end!!!

the last one that has rap..??

  • man this war is a endless war FUCK THE WORLD!!!!! btw it was a good video

  • btw....nice project kong

  • we feel betrayed,we still feel betrayed. We gave them our loyalty and our life to help them, when they came to us.

we traded our brothers to the enemies to get thier (american) soilders back when they were captured...

I swear we should have stayed out of the war it was never our war to start with!

But I'm happy that some of us hmong people still know how we got here and who we are that awsome! I hope you hmong and asian people watching this will teach this,to thier kids and on...

    sorry4comment

  • ey can you send me the picture of the guy saluting with the FFC logo on it!!!thanks!!!

  • Say that to my face and i'll Extinct ur Ass u white trash

  • yu got no cock..yu dumb bitch..

  • eh yo cracker see what my asian brother did in Wisconsin let me see yo punk ass face to face I'll show you whats up by putting you 6 feet under the ground motherfucker.

  • HMONG WHORES ARE SPREADING THEIR LEGS TO MUCH AND HAVING TO MUCH MIX RACE MUTT KIDS AT A ALARMING RATE...soon all of the hmongS people in america will not be 100% fullblooded. ESPECIALLY hmong girls in NC, they are the most whoring - most slutiest animals on earth. so many hmong kids have been abandon just because of their mothers whoring ways

  • all i got to say to u is Fuck you...urs whore mother must have drop u on urs head couple of time huh?

  • lol from my point of view.....this wannabe white trash is actually a hmong....good thing the account got removed

  • WOW, So they aren't even women but animals according you. I find it disturbing that you felt the need call women whore and degrade them here where we are talking about the genocide of a people. Less people who think like you is better for the world.

  • good job, but it can always improve.

American broke their PROMISE?. Well its not the American, its the head of CIA, remeber that its a Secret War. Having more Hmong people coming to the State within teh last several years are good enough, and those who always says "help our Hmong Brother and Sister

  • CIA... now is that a government of itself or part of the United States. The last time I check they are a part of the US government.

  • @ilcu4

The United States is many people... the CIA is only a few people.... your argument is like saying your brother killed a man... and therefore your entire family should suffer. Stop blaming the entire US, you're also blaming all the Hmong US citizens.. who last time i checked, GOT TO COME TO THE Untied States... which means that the CIA didn't BREAK their promise (that would mean no one got to come and get saved), but only gave it a half-assed job (but of course, it's more complicated)

  • Shu, this is nou.

I have to say "I'm inspired."

  • please don't hate on the american. the CIA had never broken any promise with us because there never was a contractorial agreedment between hmong and the U.S. Remember promise were meant to be broken. We hurt ourself because we believe that every man is his word. Next time get it approved by 2/3 votes of both the house and signed by the camanding chief of the UNITED STATES.

  • did u get an A+???

  • who is the artist of this song??

  • i think its stupid how ppl say hmong means to be free...frickon idiots...the original term "miao" for our ppl roughly translated means "people"....simply that ...and when we were pushed to migrate south, we began to diverge from the miao and now we are the hmong BUT the word HMONG still means people...but um anyways wonderful work u did!!! ^^

  • Wow this was awesome! Great job! Indeed you deserved that Superior Senior Project Award. Using Delicious Venom's music was a great duo... They have some good music especially about Hmongs.

  • sorry 4 being a raises, but, f u americans dat broke ur promise!if u hadnt broke ur promise, my ancsestors will still be alive n my grandpa would of never lost 4 toes!!!

  • There are many hmong in cambodia but we like to think of them as cambodian. The hill tribes in cambodia are being mistreaded as well. This is not the first time the US gov. bailed out and promises are broken. Hope the situation gets better soon.

  • Most Hmong Americans dont give a dam about there own race. They think there so tuff and rich. But one day they will learn once they too go into war or cry to there mommy/Hmong people to help them get out of jail.

  • i sad that most people dont have any knowledge of this......:( if you have any question about these issue msg me...

  • nice rap =) was u who was singing?

  • The rap was by Delicious Venom. A talented hip hop duo from St. Paul, Minnesota. You can check them out at myspace@deliciousvenom. Thanks!

  • @VueTim92

its not him its buy this one group forgot who tho

  • you know, i never wanted to look at these videos because i was scared to watch them.... a lot of them are entitled "HMONG PPL TORTURED" or "HUNTED LIKE ANIMALS"... this is sad stuff... i feel guilty for the way i act... a lot of us hmong american kids be acting all rebellious for dumb shit that dont even matter... they want licenses or money so they act all bratty... thank you for posting up a video like this... i've been having a real identity crisis lately and this has rooted me...

  • Thanks for sharing your great work. More people urgently need to understand the murdering of the Hmong that's happening in Laos these days. Also, every Hmong should be extra proud of their heritage and especially how their people contributed to Americans during the Vietnam war. I've been to Laos, the people and country are beautiful! It's the communist government that is evil. To this day, the commies are trying to rid the country of the beautiful Hmong people. Long live the Hmong.

  • grrrrrr..... those muther fucking laotian!! imma kill all them other fuckers grrrrraaaahhhh!!!!! (turns super saiyan 4)

  • That was nice. The random interview in the end of this video shows that even Hmong people don't really know there own history. We only pick up informations from here and there and never really knowing the exact history of it all. We must educate ourselves. Thanks to all those that are sharing their knowledge. Mad props to you all!

  • xspoiledsmiles, I think a lot of us do not know the Hmong history because it's not written down in the text. We did so much for the Americans. I wonder why the Americans didn't even bother to write about our contributions in their history books. I guess we are really a secret.

  • whoa..that was touching..great job dude!

  • I give you much respect and love bro, keep it up man. I'm behind you and support this stuff all the way. If ya need some help and support let us know, we'll be more than happy to help out. Yoshie of UC Merced HSA

  • sad

  • so sad...i cry so hard like i was on crack...ahah

  • man thank you again kong, that was great. hmong american kids can all help by doing our part and succeeding in school. i know it sounds cliche or simple, but studying hard and becoming successful is the least we can do to pay back our parents and relatives for their hardships.

  • damn that got me all emotional

  • wow.. very well put together! but why not do somting about the hmong people. actually going out there and get the governments attention? you've got this far already right?

  • It was a Senior Project that i had to complete in 2 months. My research did not get that far. But one day...i would like to go beyond those borders. I also did not want to go off topic. One of the main reasons for this documentary is trying to spread awareness...and showing how people do not know much about what went on in the jungles of Laos. I appreciate your inputs and comments. Have a great day!

  • Nice one, music is a great way to share a story with a wider audience. Any publicity this story can get has to be good for things, I guess awareness has to be raised before action will be taken. Is there a main web address that you can reccomend of a Hmong action group?

    Keep up the inspired work.

  • not bad for a start

  • Great video....always sad to see those pictures...

  • very nice video it really is sad that people dont know who us hmong are aii great video ;)

  • the person interviewed at the end should be edited out..the totally ruined the whole documentary

  • This documentary shows different opinions/point of views. If the person in the end is edited out...there would be no point of the document.

  • wow!!!nice !!! i like it...

  • damn that gurlo can sing...love wat ya did...

  • Nice video here Kong. We all wish that all the Hmong people in Laos and Thailand have peace over there. I wish that Hmoob will hlub Hmoob.

  • wow...this is a wonderful documentary about our hmong people...keep up the good work kong...nice...like it...

  • interesting

  • always inspirational as always bro

  • hey Kong, this is really good. I finally saw pictures of how it was really like during the war. =)

  • This was really good.

  • wow u did a good job!

  • Stole our POWDER AND WAS FORCE TO BUILT THE GREAT WALL OF CHINA! THATS WHY THERE IS NO HISTORY ABOUT THE WALL, our story was left out of history! HMONG MEANS free people that is true... Hmong ppl now separates to marry other races, become whores, suicides and all these bullsh!t!... We are hmong no shit can top what we've been through...

Ask your elders of how they get here to america, there story, there words, there actions. yall missin out...

Hope you guys feel the same as I do.

  • Hmong ppl had this 18 year old king who was unexperience to fight off the chinese king because the chinese wanted to conquer hmong to become chinese. They had war hmong king dies... the hmong loses hope. HMONG PPL Brot up GUN POWDER TO TELL YALL THE TRUTH NOT CHINESE. We used gun powder to fight, but at one time the other king sends a spy and we the hmong loses!

  • I say hmong originated from whites skin people. They travel to china and from g to g the b!tchass chinese king would slaughter any hmong who either have blonde hair or blue eyes that is why some hmong people we see are blond from birth or would look straight up white.(I'm not being offensive!) Here is soome history yall dunno.

  • freaking great video kong

  • also very impressive clip b**(thumbsup)

  • great project for those Hmong people that dont know who they are. its incredible..really is amazing..

  • Kong, I have been your friend for so long and we have gone through so many projects all in hopes of progress. I truly applaud you for this documentary and what you have in store for the future! I support you in all your endeavors. You inspire me every time I talk to you and feel burned out. Never lose this energy and your eccentric personality will lead us to uncharted grounds!

  • Like i said, this documentary was not to embarass or make a person look a certain way. I think we all need to understand the fact and be mature about this. Why subject. This is a lesson to be learned. Please do not leave negative comments about people in this video.

  • We all are guilty about not knowing something about our own past/culture. Lets all have respect for each other and not make this such a big deal. In my documentary, i wanted to portray the views from different people. Why post up dumb and negative comments about others. We all need to work on the way we view others. Let's all think positive.

  • Its ok...there are many Hmongs around the world who still does not know anything about their background. That is one of the main reasons why i decided to make this documentary. Let's all please respect everyone. We will all learn..together if that is the case. This documentary was not made to make someone look bad. With all respect...

    - Kong Lor

  • what a great senior project. you did such a good job!
