  • Go watch some comedy, or do tai chi, play chess, find some hobbies, work on your self esteem, try and control your happiness...... All great tips and very effective. I wonder why the effects of stress aren't well known in the world... At least I assume they aren't. When I tell people: "All diseases are psychological" sometimes people laugh... Don't laugh! :p It SOUNDS crazy I'll give you that. But each day evidence comes up to suggest it isn't. Emotions REALLY affect your health!

  • I love it! That's why massage therapy should be mandatory in every health plan!! massage it's not a luxury, its a necessity!

  • I try not to stress. Sometimes my mom often stress. I have never gotten a professional massage but I booked time for it today because my back hurt last week and my neck had hurt for a few days this week and I have like almost trashed my shoulders from skating.

  • @anyelina5 I had aggravated RSI from workplace stress. Went to chiro-physio & got a remedial massage which relaxed me!
