hey. can i ask, how about if you're animating the eyes of a full character model, like, how does that work? does it need to have a dfferent material? please oh please reply.
@fullgrown31 Yes, I would think that is the best way to do it if you're using GLSL. I don't think you need materials to do it when you use Multitexture. Then you can just unwrap and apply each texture.
@arhusebo i can't understand.. im sorry. doesn't the eye need a different texture for the anim to work? what im thinking is, the eye has a different material and texture and the body have different material texture. um. it would really if you explain. im sorry if im a noob. i just started blender a month ago.
@fullgrown31 The eyes needs a separate texture, yes. You can use two different materials : One for the character (everything but the eyes) and one for the eyes.
@ddrmaxman I haven't tried, but I thought it was just as easy as setting the texture coordinates to UV and then render the animation. I have not used 2.56 that much either.
