  • She's the envy of furries.

  • For one thing... I think he's just rambling. This has nothing to do with evolution... Especially Treeman. I watched the medical documentary and they said his condition was actually herpes and his immune system just wasn't working, so the herpes went out of control. Or something like that.

Cat girl + poptart = nyan cat. Your argument is invalid.

  • Surly treeman would have a bush:)lolol

  • I sincerely would not mind being that girl.

    Move over, Hugh Jackman.

  • Cat Girl should apply for admission to Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters.

  • Nightcrawler

  • Three inches in three minutes reaction ftw!

  • 2:22 "It is comically simplistic what I am telling you."

    Truer words were never spoken.

  • #It's In The Water, That's Where You Came From# lol, chinese water ref. btw

  • Woo Hoo furry's are real

  • OH! So that's where trees came from!

  • first fur and later cat ears and cat tail, by god i would so alter my genes just to have cat ears and tail

  • LMFAO! "Does he have tree...."

  • I realy, realy, realy hope that that gene isn't recessive, or at the very least, is a gene, and not just, a birth mark that won't get passed down.

  • cat girl = fur = save on heating bill!

  • I don't understand. Are they serious about those cases being attributed to evolution? The tree man for one is well...a tree...because of an infection.

  • Im a little annoyed that he thinks random very rare mutations equal evolution..

  • @JohanAtheist xD Not until her children get it.

  • Lol!

    No seriously, I do.

  • haah anna looks like she's gonna puke at 3:15 when cenk as usual says something weird

  • Anyone else think catgirl is hott?

  • @mastersquirrel3 She had a nice lower back. Nothing a razor or Nair can't fix.

  • the tree man was caused by a genetic mutation - his body has no defense to any of the HPV strains (there are 130+ of them). Cenk's explanation is off and goofy but not completely wrong - the human race evolved a defense to HPV tens of thousands of years ago - most strains of completely harmless to humans (the way feline AIDS is not harmless to lions in Africa - they evolved a defense to it). Only a few strains cause cancer and only in those people without all HPV defenses builtin.

  • @NutBallCop Hpv...?

  • Cenk isn't not entirely wrong abou evolution...but...he's off on the evolution here...

  • Cenk! for fuck sake read up on evolution!

It's not a genetic mutation on the tree guy, its a disease. And the girl's condition is analogous, if not actually, cancer.

  • Cenk needs to learn how the theory of evolution works.

  • Haha no, this is not evolution. Cenk, you know nothing about science.

  • Interesting premise Cenk. It does appear that some changes in evolution occured in jumps rather than slow, gradual changes. Oh, the wife dumped him over his condition; she is very cold about it.

  • The girl on the right is hot

  • silly people..not knowing what evolution is

  • lmao Cenk you know nothing about evolution..

  • Cenk, that guy doesn't have a genetic mutation he has a virus. google it.

  • Human beings are going to stop evolving cause we're gonna "cure" anyone who shows any trait not usually associated with humans.

  • tree man had a vitamin deficiency

  • lol "now we got tree man and catgirl"

  • this is a disease - not evolution

    - how stupid it is to compare that to cats

  • The TREE MAN condition is NOT GENTIC, he got the desease from a virus, some kind of rare papiloma virus if i'm not mistaking, yeah it is true that mayby he is genetically weaker to this desease but in principle the desease was acquired and not from birth

  • dunno but i wonder... i mean its not thick human hair. its like fine soft hair(looks like it) plus i bet shes a petite female. i wonder... dam it makes me curious lol. hope shes pretty

  • fuck me this guys been reding to many xmen comics..............

i cant believe these dopey cunts have fans

please ppl turn your backs to bullshit ffs

  • A treenis. o.O

  • Is no one gonna mention how Cenk's right jacket sleeve is half a foot too short

  • haha yea almost on each episode its short fukin dorky nd lame haha

  • DAMN! he has trunk in his junk!

  • haha

  • wow u know i almost fell asleep reading a lot of these comments, wish i was a damn cat girl -_-

  • evolution my ass

  • wait......if you had sex with her is that beastiality?? =p

  • mutation is random, but it is a completely different process than evolution...once a member of a species mutates, they have that trait. now in order for that trait to be kept, it must be benificial, otherwise it wont be passed on... for instance, the treeman cant get laid... this is simply becasue it is an undesirable trait, so its oviously not benificial

  • Qoute of the day became qoute of the week for me "Three inches in three minutes" Thats great

  • this girl MUUUUSSSSSSTTTTT reproduce!!

  • Evolution is a combination of random genetic mutations and (non-random) selection.

Having one non-ramdom component makes the whole process non-random. This is why most organisms seem so divinely suited to their environment (at a first glance).

This is indeed a good example of evolution.

  • which was already stated in the video... i dont kno why i repeated it..im retarded

  • Evolution is not quite the word that should used for this disease, instead it should be called heridatary passed onto a new gene pool within a new generation. Someone in her family must've had the mutuation, but since the chances of acquiring are 16 A C G T, it's not evolutionary, but heriditary.

Evolution is the traits that enhance better chances of survival for the most suitable beings.

  • treeman is an illness...a gross one :(

  • ROFL... can i be a terrible person for a minute?

I think the fur looks kinda cute.

mbe if you let that go a few generations, you'd have a full coat O.o

  • ana is right, it must be benificial in some way to be evolution. we dont really gain anything with evolution, we maintain a benificial trait that we already have. for instance if a group of beetles has a white population with a small amount of dark beetles, and white beetles are getting eaten because they are easily seen, the beetle population will overtime become much darker. why? because the darker ones are the only ones surviving. this is evolution. not growing into a tree

  • maybe cat girl evolved with such fur to protect her offsprings from a nuclear winter whenever it comes :3 and all us normal people who have not evolved will die off and then cat people will rule the world.

  • lol... well i to would have to start off as a mutation, which is not evolution... its simply a mutation.. if the mutation becomes benificial in some way, and us regular humans die off, while the "cat" people live, that would be considered evolution... but the cat girl herself, is not an example of evolution

  • not everything beneficial.

  • yes it has to be benificial... like i said, we don't GAIN with evolution.. we KEEP a benificial trait that we already have, while those who lack the trait, die... if the cat girl lives, while the rest of us die, it would be because she had a benificial trait... evolution is NOT a random process

  • @Adrenaline969, no it does not have to be beneficial. And I'm not saying that evolution is random.

  • karausu, can u explain to me why not then? i am interested and if i am wrong i would like to be corrected.. where is there an instance when evolution is not beneficial to what is evolving?

  • tree man / woody, sewing his seed. blatant puns sorely missed.

  • Lol @ tree man producing some sort of offspring with car girl.

  • Well tree man has a fungus infection so the wood-like mass is the fungus, it's not in his genes.

  • Someone please inform TYT that any old mutation is not evolution until the genes are passed down through enough generations and spread enough to effect whole populations.

  • That's exactly what Cenk said.

  • i believe cenk stated exactly that, if i'm not mistaken...

he's wrong on tree man, though. that's an infection and not genetic.

  • @AronRa idiot. hes just proving the point that big mutations can happen suddenly.

  • @AronRa i think that is what cenk said.

  • @AronRa they understand that, he wasnt neccesarily speaking of cat girl when he said that

  • @AronRa uhhh isnt that exactly what cenk just said starting at :55

  • The Tree Man, by the way, is not an evolution or a mutation, it's a virus infection plus a compromised immune system.

  • wouldn't he have a woody?

  • Just search for 'evolution made easy' on YouTube. The ' ... made easy' is a great series going all the way back to the Big Bang.

  • I shall marry Cat Girl and we will have a litter of kittens. I will raise the kittens to fight evil and we will bring about world peace.

  • Your own army of Laser Cats?

  • I'd have to disagree with Cenk on this one. It's not evolution. If anything, it's a very extreme genetic mutation.

  • Cenk is killing me on his analysis.

  • I know, how can a smart guy be so dumb. -_-

  • cat girls is freekin sweet. i wonder if she has any mutant powers

  • you should have watched the documentary. I mean, even some good second hand reporting would tell you that tree man is actually a guy with a super active case of warts which just grow like crazy.

  • Evolution doesn't work that way.....

  • By the way if anyone wants to enroll in the COTPU just send me an Email.

  • Mutants FTW!

  • Nonononono!!

Not evolution... but mutants! Like the X-man, or it's a science experiment! :O

  • no anna cenk's right, it's totally... EVOLUUUUTION!!!!!

  • lol his descriptions arent completely accurate but for the purpose of the argument it is justified

  • treeman.... NO!!!! am i the only one who feels sick looking at him. i have to look away. so gross.

  • Seriously. I was sick for 2 days after looking at tree man.

  • ya anna ur stupid

  • Change is by design and it is put into Vaccinations. Study Vaccinations and all the strange and deadly additives. We are all being used as lab animals. That is how the Elite see us all. Lab animals

  • Where'd they get this story? That photo looks fake. This guy's jerk. My shoe's untied. I'm hungry.

  • I thought it was in Indonesia (the treeman)...

But I got another update it's growing back.

    ('Bout the cat girl... idk,)

  • I hate it when Cenk advocates evolution.

I mean, I wouldn't have him be a creationist, but he just doesn't seem to have a firm understanding of it except that it's correct.

If it were any other subject I wouldn't care, it's just that evolution has unfortunately become a political topic.

  • He hates religion, its the opium of commercialism and hatred for atheist Zionism, his true religion.

  • It depends. Which one of you is naked?

  • @HClagwell:

Seeing as it's probably a dude's account anyways, it'd be kind of weird either way.

  • X-MEN!!!!

  • Look what god does to commies.

  • These poor souls are suffering from a terrible ailment, known to science for years. THIS IS NOT AN EXAMPLE OF EVOLUTIONARY CHANGE.

  • @melshorse:

You're not entirely wrong, and Cenk is being (admittedly) a little simplistic, not to mention somewhat insensitive. But his underlying premise, that drastic mutation can lead to evolution if it is not supressed, is fairly sound.

  • "His underlying premise that drastic mutation can lead to evolution if it is not suppressed,is sound."

    Wow.

    Far out,man.

I bet that sounded really impressive to you as you sat there with your pants pulled down around your ankles, holding all three inches of yourself while typing that one out.

I'd like to know how you were able to reach this definitive conclusion,Dr Dummler?

I mean, you just rattle it off as if it is undisputable, and that you are the expert.

    Geez...

    Enjoy Pepsi,Dickhead.

  • @ChainedInFilth

What's with the hostility? I didn't think I was treating it as indisputable (hence why I said "fairly" sound), and I definitely never said I was any kind of expert. I'm just trying to participate in and expand the dialogue. I wasn't even stating that evolution, or Cenks' "theories" on the subject were indisputable. All I meant is that mutations are a large part of evolution, and that something like this "Catgirl" could be interpreted as a potential evolutionary step.

    Relax.

  • Wow.

    You're a good sport.

If someone wrote to me like that,I'd wanna tear somebody's face off.

    You're right.

I didn't have to be so hostile.

    You may be perfectly right.

I was just looking to reach out and annoy someone.

    All the best.

  • @ChainedInFilth

Haha well if it means anything to you, most people would have just become even more hostile and vulgar, instead of giving a civil response, like you. And I totally understand the desire to go out and fuck with somebody, so don't worry about it. Take care, man.

  • I wish i could give you my 8 inches for 8 hours!!

  • These are demonic manifestations.

  • Demons?! Well jebus boy, let's break out the magic water and banjos and beat the evil girl with a bible till god loves her again!

  • You really have to feel bad for treemen. First of all, people call them treemen. They're just immunocompromised people who got infected with HPV. The warts just grow so damn fast that there's no point of removing them, and it's super painful.

However, it sounds like catgirl just has an odd mutation.

Don't really understand what The Young Turks are all about, and I suddenly no longer care.

  • I would actually consider this an "atavism". Our ape ancestors had fur, but our evolution suppressed this trait. In fact, around 6 months after conception we develop downy coat of fur called a lanugo This case is a reawakening of a trait that existed in the past. It's certainly still evidence of evolution, but not the type of evidence Cenk is implying. If she were to reproduce the trait would more then likely be suppressed again in future generations.

  • it wouldn't be supressed unless it mutates again, which is unlikely. Evolution, however, says that the trait does not help her reproduce (its unattractive) so the trait will die with her.

  • @TheJawsusNSexmanShow

You gotta remember bout the furrys, lol

  • @The JawsusNSexmanShow:

However, one could argue that, because humans are so far removed from their "nature", and their perception of attraction is so skewed by an advanced society, that a beneficial mutation might still be supressed. In nature, attraction is usually based on the survival traits that a mate will pass on to its children, which goes beyond simply appearance; human attraction, on the other hand, doesn't exactly have the same priorities, generally speaking.

  • We are not far removed from our environment. We have created our environment. We are part of nature and our environment is as natural as the atmosphere we breathe, which was created by living things as well. Our minds is what sets us apart from other animals. attraction in nature is based on fermions, usually, and same goes with humans. societies also go through natural selection, mind you. If a society adopts un-beneficial ideals, those ideals will tear it down and inhibit its rise.

  • Jawsus, Im just a construction worker, but I trust my swedish education and claim that we probably all carry this gene. Its dormant and shouldnt be activated but it is, sometimes.

She's not the first to get furry parts of her body. She wont be the last.

We carry many genes from prior states of evolution, that are simply turned off.

So does other animals, which genetics experiment with by turning them on.

  • lol, treeman cut himself on a tree...people are funny.

Well, I mean, there's a whole family (I don't know if they're alive still) that are all completely covered with hair. It's not evolution, it's just a genetic mutation in the X chromosome. I mean, if being hairy conferred a huge survival advantage (maybe world getting colder), then perhaps speciation could happen.

  • You can't really call this evolution, but keep in mind that there's two models, either change occurs in drastic bursts at a time, or it's a continuing buildup of tiny changes.

  • The simplistic explanations, when translated, aren't too off.

Although, this cat thing sounds more like a disease to me. Seriously, it grows?

  • ya so in 10 billion years humans will be cats ok buddy

  • tree man has HPV , nothing to do with mutation

  • Religion is false, it has been proven. God is not needed for the universe to operate, it has been proven. If you deny that then you are fucken retarded. FUCK GOD< FUCK JESUS< FUCK RELIGION< AND FUCK THE BIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RELIGION IS SLOWLY DYING BECAUSE ITS NOT BENEFICIAL!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

  • @cropduster

i can assure you that neither side on any end of any belief system really wants to be at each other's throats all the time. with these kinds of things, delays are not denials- patience, that's all.

  • @CropDuster33:

Holy shit, dude. I'm not saying you're wrong but...relax.

  • Treeman wasnt born like that... he cut himself on a tree and some spores got into the cut and they grew.

  • Um, no. He has HPV, which is an STD.. he would miss definitely pass the infection on to anyone he had sex with, but the results wouldnt be what he has. His form of the disease is the rarest case ever seen. It's estimated that 50% of the population at any given time has or has had HPV, but your body fights the infection off so quickly, and with little or no side effects in most people, you wouldnt even know you had it.

  • cat girl will have boys ling up [more guys than gals in china now]. tree man may be able to save for a hooker, but.... ladies have higher standards than men. it takes less liquor to get a guy to take an ugly woman than to convince a hot babe to hook up with mr repulsion. evolution ain't fair. if it occurs in a female first, better chance of continuing.

  • shes chinese /asain? well, if they didnt always eat ...cat's or dogs then no wonder this evolved.

  • so if people eat a lot of beef, they turn into cows? If people eat a lot of lettuce they will turn into a lettuce? Yeah, good theory my man.

  • ignorant

  • Man I feel so sorry for these people.

  • Ana most mutations are detrimental. But every once in a while there's one that gives an advantage. He likes sudoku? Better not tell George Lopez, he'll make fun of him for no reason.

  • Thats not how evolution works! Lol. But he's partially right, In non-socialized groups, If a mutation like that happened it could potentialy be beneficial and spread to the rest of the population. Like if it was some other animal living in a colder climate.

  • little trunk in the bottom bunk

  • thats true

without mutation, no evolution is possible..

think of the three types of reproducing

    sexual

    unisexual

    asexual

do u guys think that alterations come from nowhere?

  • Tree man has a wife tho.

  • Cenk is so wrong its funny, but whatever.

  • this guy sucks and whats up with his headphones

  • just because it's a mutation doesn't mean it's evolution, even if you believe the theory about punctuated equilibrium.. evolution specifically refers to mutations that thrive.. and i know you explained all of this, but that apparently didn't stop you from invoking evolution despite its very dubious relationship to these cases. don't be an evangelical please.

and ive got this furry patch on my arm, but i was hoping it would give me psychic powers one day, not cat fur (..or a tumor).

  • Cenk, this is not an ordinary example of how drastic changes are produced through evolution. drastic changes arise slowly over time through millions of micro-changes.

  • fuck progressive

  • It's not evolution hommies, it's just a garden variety mutation.

  • Evolution is a type of mutation

  • In this vid, Cenk is right about evolution. The point is that mutations happen all the time, but only the successful ones survive. But that doesnt mean, that the unsuccessful ones are not part of evolution - of course they are.

Some mutations that happen are called diseases by us, but thats just a name that we give to them.

  • I would bang an cat girl. As long as she don't cough up hairballs on my sheets.

  • lol...eww

  • Get tree man laid!

  • Usually successful mutations are a little more subtle than this stuff.

  • Uh don't they know tree man actually have like 3 kids?

  • the mutation probably won't be beneficial nowadays. It may have been beneficial during the ice ages

  • This guy has limited knowledge on evolution, but nice try.

It's more likely that a dormant gene was turned on for the hair girl. Just like you can have humans with tails, extra nipples, etc. Our DNA still holds many genes from the species we evolved from.

  • yeah, and if those genes get turned on (as well as be able to be carried on as turned-on for offspring) and in some fashion prove to be beneficial, then it will become dominant. the real abstract/random factor of it is the presence of culture that serves as manipulating and impeding to biological evolution, for who knows where it would go. but minus the cultural aspect, it's much more simple if considering it's benefits in a certain area with certain other animals, etc.

  • here's an obvious flaw to this might is right genetic disposition based evolutionary success stuff:

if someone has the genetic affinity to realize that the world's overpopulation tremendously impedes its chances to eliminate poverty and to maintain self-sufficient communities and to buffer the potential for consumerism based economic collapse, supposing someone is smart enough to realize this, they'd deliberately not have kids as a sacrifice to the greater good, and still idiots want more kids.

  • yeah, like an idiocracy. and if they kill themselves off, then you're beginning to get a sense of how lucky we are to be humans at all, but might see further down the line that we're not necessarily going to succeed because we are surviving now. the might is right insofar as what allows genetic mutations to make differing species have their ability to pass on and survive. we have come to a point where biological evolution isn't so simple and deliberate anymore, at least with humans. it changes

  • "Survival of the fittest" is not a "might is right" disposition.

Being more fit in our own species has very little to do with your physical might, but more on your character, social interactions, and intellect.

But you are right about one thing, in order to spread your genes, you DO have to mate and have offspring. That's how life works.

  • and what a coincidence that the people in america considered to have the best character, social interactions, and intellect are all saying that we need a military and that we need to invade iraq and disarm afghanistan or iran bla bla bla.

survival of the fittest has turned our planet into a hive of bees living like drones off consumerism and total dependence on the economy. self sufficiency and strategical elimination of poverty through a reduction of military get pushed aside as primitive.

  • What the hell do your political views have to do with the BIOLOGICAL FACT of natural selection?

Please do not get biology mixed in with your politics.

  • wow you're so eager to put words in my mouth- what a pompous douchebag.

i didn't say shit about natural selection other than it isn't the fuckin meaning of life and the purpose of existence to conquer the threat of being eliminated.

i took ap bio in high school, did none of the boring ass homework, barely EVER studied, was kicked out of the class half 3/5 of the way into it, and STILL GOT A 5.0 on the final w/ only studying for like 1 hour, so don't tell me i'm slow and ignorant of the facts.

  • Uhm, why are you talking about the meaning of life and the purpose of existence in a discussion about evolution?

    Biology is not philosophy.

By mixing the two, you make yourself look extremely slow and ignorant.

  • ignorance is averted by never relating one context to another??? get a dictionary you idiot.

EVERY science is a philosophy. EVERY science is linked to the truth behind the meaning of life.

for your information, many crazy new age books blab on and on and on about how the meaning of life is to evolve. many evolutionists actually worship the thought of evolving as if it is the meaning of life and they will back up that assertion frequently.

someone who can't mix ideas is ignorant and unknowing.

  • Stop being a stupid kid..

The Theory of Evolution has absolutely nothing to do with the meaning of life.

Now stop obfuscating and just accept that evolutionary theory has nothing to do with your political views.

  • "just accept that" (idea a) "has nothing to do with" (idea b)...

political theory and evolutionary theory are both theories so i will mix parts of those ideas and i will relate those parts. you need to seriously research the philosophies of this planet before you just accuse me of pulling shit outa my ass and throwing it at you. i'm citing parts of ideas that have been long rooted in the minds of many philosophers of many different aspects of this political and scientific/religious issue.

  • just the other day i was watching an obama speech where he's like, "we're gonna make tremendous discoveries of medical advancements.. yada yada"..

he's talking about genetic advancements as well as new medicines. humans have actually cloned humans before. look up "real" and you will see EXACTLY how easy it is to find people who are ready to mix religion, philosophy, evolution all into political ideals.

when cloning offers a chance to create super intelligent offspring- it all comes together.

  • Evolution is not a religious issue nor a political one. Jackasses like you just try to make it one.

People like you who mix parts of science with parts of religion and parts of philosophy are the greatest disease mankind has to face.

The scientific fact of descent with modification has absolutely zero to do with whether there's a god or whether we should wage wars.

Piss in the fountain of knowledge all you want, but don't expect anyone to take your ass seriously. We just laugh at you.

  • dear ultraswg,

when people get insulted as being a disease, that's the foundation for the prejudice needed to justify genocide.

ideas can easily lead to each other and interconnect when you examine and actually put the time into researching and investigating their origins, their directions, and the kinds of societies that result when different aspects and assumptions generated from it are taken seriously or with humility.

the "raelians" on that mad site call ppl like u a disease too. ww3-like

  • why can't bible thumpers wrap their head around the notion that God created evolution...hello??

  • Doesn't tree man have some kind of viral/bacterial infection that his body cannot cope with?

  • oh yeah!!! WELL the BIBLE SAYS blah blah blah blah blah blah wrath of god jesus jesus jesus and moses the the angels then when the devil said bl;ah blah blah but then the pig went into the water and the eagles went into jesus and he fought in the air with judas-jewish version and the tax man climbed a tree sodom was destroyed but then lot fucked all three of his daughters after getting drunk in a cave. brother can you spare a dime darwin science whats that????????

    the BIBLE SAYS ..

  • hehehe, oh boy thats a hell funny comment

  • Ana is correct at 01:50 - this has nothing to do with evolution. Cenk is a helluva smart political cookie, and I realize he accepts the theory of evolution because it's scientifically proven, but here he falls hard for a common misunderstanding of the evolutionary process.

  • i agree, there's instincts behind the character of a genetic trait that correspond to its development consistent w/ it's completion of the spectrum behind the meaning of its origin in the entire ladder rather than any one tactical advantage from any single point in the ladder.

the obvious flaw to this system is what if someone has the freak trait of hypnotizing other people into having tons of kids w/ them? if this evolved before anyone could defend against it the entire system would fail.

  • trait of hypnotizing ability isn't so much a trait as it is a predisposition to be good at it on a host of other traits in the mind, which can vary quite a bit as well as the fact hypnotism is a learned process, and the ability of people to be hypnotized is also a combination of their traits and the environment they know. in other words, people are smart in various ways, learn or not learn how to use their smarts, and vice versa. even if it did make the system fail, the system just fails.

  • take for instance the greys, which are a fictitious (may very well be real but i say fictitious b/c it's not up for discussion the legitimacy of their actual existence..) group of aliens that have the ability to psychologically work on any living thing as a result of genetic engineering and cloning technology designed specifically to enhance that capacity--

now while you think that they're "evolved" and advanced and etc., they actually have no ethics at all and live to enslave others for fun.

  • well that would suck wouldn't it. it wouldn't make much sense to have an evolved species have telepathy to enslave others for some deep desire. therefore it shouldn't exactly be believed to be true if someone claims it. however, that doesn't mean it can't exist, through some strange combination of traits that allows them to continue, be advanced, etc and still be destructive and hateful. those 2 last words are what we perceive, and hard to perceive as anything else given what it serves us.

  • it isn't that far fetched or nonsensical if you look at the way our planet is going w/ its obsession w/ genetic and medical advancements. people are talking about how evolution only serves to make the strong survive, and this is obviously the strongest setup: to have cheap bastards that just snipe your instincts from you before you have a chance to stray from their domination.

from a war perspective, genetic engineering is perfect. look up "rael" on google and tell me if u still doubt me.

  • and when i say the system just fails. the system fails in a fashion that it doesn't necessarily seek to win. there's no driving mentality of the overall system that seeks to continue, it's the individuals of that system. if there were such a trait to nullify that will to continue, and it becomes dominant in some weird fashion, then that's that. it comes to a halt for that species, end of story. it's cold but the planet itself doesn't care if we are here or not.

  • earth is an obvious exception to the "system may not be fair" and "planet doesn't care" mentality
