1 move solution, have your arm face down on table, make sure you are close to the ground with excelent balance and proceed to do a headstand on the table. keeping your arm straight one you are on your head your palm positioning will be inverted from before making it face straight up. and there you have it the one move solution

Technically, you did twist your wrist, it's just a trick to make you think you didn't. Take your hand and twist it so it's palm up. The lighter, non-hairy part should be up, now do the trick, it looks exactly the same. it's just an illusion to make it look like you didn't twist your wrist.

Technically your wrist can only move up and down, and your elbow joint controls twisting. which means you can do this trick in 2 moves. If you dont believe me try holding the middle of your wrist and elbow then try twisting your wrist. you'll feel your bone moving. Thumbs up for this :)

If you just lift your arm up from the table do your arm is sticking back it accomplishes the task with out twisting any thing except your shoulder, and is a real solution to the trick. Its not on the table but that is never stipulated. So now have fun with the real solution

in the end nothing has changed except for the palm that is now faced up. so we state: the hand has twisted around a 180 degrees angle. now there is no twisting movement possible in the wrist itself, the the twist movement of the hand is possible because the lower arm consists out of 2 bones, they can twist somewhat around eachother in the elbow joint. so there is only one point in the lower (wrist to elbow) that can twist.
