Its any number times 9 so 2=18, 3=27, 4=36, 5=45, 6=54, 7=63, 8=72, 9=81

Now,

18=9 27=9 36=9 45=9 54=9 63=9 72=9 81=9

Now,

This trick is so simple. When it says choose a number between 1-10, then multiply it by 9, (for instance 6) you answer would be 54, right? Well, if you add those two digits together (as it told you too) you'd get nine. Now, that goes for every other number from 1-10. It's a pretty simple strategy.
