The Justice branch of government in Kenya is as corrupt as the Executive and Legislative.  Judges, police officers,prosecutors all take bribes. Evidence disappears. If you kill and have money, you will never be convicted. This means, only the poor will be convicted and killed. How can we be sure that the convicted people are actually guilty?

Marende NO!! NO!! The law that sentences people to death is a bad law. The death penalty in Kenya is completely unjustified, the emanation of inequity in all spheres of Kenyan life. Death penalty is supposed to be the common denominator of the crimes committed under that law and yet our Kenyan society is unequal and unfair in creating conditions to avoid these crimes.
